帶客人黎一路傾野一路lunch以商務午餐黎講,環境係非常好今次試行政午餐,網上好評多到誇張,但實情係如何?前菜:分別叫左大蝦凱撒沙律同煙肉卷北海道帶子🦐 大蝦凱撒沙律- 虎蝦夠大隻,爽口但冇乜蝦味 - 芒果莎莎醬甜到似糖水,完全蓋過蝦味 - 沙律菜新鮮但少得可憐,食完仲餓 🐚 煙肉卷北海道帶子- 外脆內嫩,火候剛好 - 但少得好可憐主菜:豬柳 & 牛柳🐷 帕瑪火腿豬柳 - 肉質算嫩- 伴碟薯蓉係亮點,滑溜creamy 🐮 牛柳(叫5成來7成)- 煮過龍,好在肉質唔算鞋 - 旁邊"烤蔬菜"非常少份量有d偏細,唔係好夠食影相打卡係幾靚,但食物質素同網評有差距🥲 繼續閱讀
