this is not the first time to eat in Burgeroom last time was in Tsim Sha Tsui, this time in Causeway bayboth shops got different styles, TST one is in race car theme CWB one is more warehouse theme.food-wise they are equally good. we ordered the iced peach fruit tea, really good, not artificial flavouring, even got peach puree honey chicken wings, savoury, not deep fried little bit of spiciness ~ fries is also good, but only fries is a bit dry so this time we added guacamole as topping fresh and

one friend ordered double mushroom burger
i didn't try but the portabella mushroom smells so good,
also the mushroom wast roasted well, didnt become watery and make the bread soggy
inside is full of many layers of veggie as well

foie gras is really a worth-the-price item in burgeroom
generous portion~
outside is caramelised and inside is soft, creamy.
the goose fat flavour and the liver taste are strong
so i don't mind spending some calorie quota for a few bites of foie gras
for my "main dish", this time i tried the soft shell crab burger
deep fried and the juice remained inside
finally with a bit of green salad dressed with oil and vinegar on the side to balance the calorie
