'Drunken Chicken': The aroma of wine filled up the flesh. The portion of chicken is big and you can resist the wine-soaked chicken skin.
'Siu Loong Bau': Really good. The dumpling skin holds the pork mixture. The combination is superb. And the soup within the dumpling is filled with the juice of pork. Yummy! YET, dun compare those in TW, i think their taste of pork is still better than that in HK.
Fried Pork with Rice: The light favor of fried rice with egg is a superb combination with with the heavy 5-spice' favor of the pork. The two is a couple! And the portion is about rice. Not that oily too.
I think HK branch is under very good supervision, it really worths going for a proper SH meal.
