A happy weekend brunch spot at Quarry Bay. It’s a semi-all you can eat and unlimited alcohol costs extra. The meal comes with unlimited sushi, sashimi and oyster. General taste: Western-Japanese which means most dishes are savory and sweet, and with sauces (even sushi). Like a teriyaki miso sauce for chicken, sweet wafu soy sauce vinegar for wagyu tataki, brown sugar garlic chilli wings, truffle mayo on hamachi sushi, etc. They also like to use brow rice crispy on many of the dishes.A special me

A special mentioning on the dessert - black sesame crème brûlée with a mixed sesame crisp and red bean. The salted caramel ice cream IS salty but it goes so well with everything else! The shiso avocado minced salmon roll in the sushi platter is also addictive.
I enjoyed every course and it is a sweet deal for brunch here, much like every restaurant under the Pirata group.
