to start off, seafood platter. where many other restaraunt thinks its enough to serve fresh ingredients (in many case slme even fail to do so) eddy brings seafood to a whole new level. The seafood is served with hand crafted sauces which apparently had been engineered to perfection. Something different about their lemon and herb sauce, it just goes so well with the boiled shrimp and oyster.. zesty, appetizing, refreshing. everything an appetizer should be! The tom yam sauces goes surprisingly well with the nz clams. a very odd sauce to serve, but a super good pairing. 🤤🤤

Truffle mushroom soup. definately didnt go easy on the truffles. Heavy truffle taste in a creamy mushroom broth. The mushrooms are also chopped but not grinded so theres an extra level of texture for your tastebuds

Escagots.. with edible pastry shells!! Yes, the escagots are served in pastry shells which you can devour without going through the trouble of picking them out of their shells and risk sauce flying everywhere. The perk? you can eat the whole thing, with all the garlic butter sauce intended whole. mmhmm

curry crab with naan bread, without the shell. am i dreaming? i thought i had to put hard work in if i wanted something good. apparently not when youre eating here. The generous portion of crab meat and tasty curry sauce wrapped in a sheet of chewy naan bread.. wha....

finally truffle rice cake to fill the belly, if not already full. an even heavier punch of truffle,so strong that even the inside of the cakes taste of truffles. cooked to soft boil, everything is so spot on!
