Have a very happy moment here tonight to celebrate the birthday for my friend & I. This is the 2nd time to visit here & we are very satisfied with their service. Mandy, our chef never let us down.. she provided us a delicious meal and also gave us a surprise by drawing some funny & beautiful cartoon characters.
