One of the best Tsukemen in HK for now, really not easy to find something that ticks so many boxes! Finally coming to this joint but their ice cream specials are gone! Ended up getting their most signature soup for Tsukemen and it was amazing. The right about of thickness so it clings on to each strand of noodle. The charsiu is grilled just before being taken out so it smells and tastes amazing. The eggs are average and could be a bit more runny but overall a very good tsukemen. Just look at how
