We had the Chicken Tikka Marsala, Lamb Vindaloo, Alo Gobi and basmati; and washed all that rich, flavorful, spicy goodness down with a few glasses of wine and beer. And if that wasn't enough, the service was warm, quick and exuded good vibes all round. But what really stood out to us was how the manager, Abhi, went above and beyond wanting to give us a good experience. He highly recommended the truffle and cheese naan, but we decided against it as we knew we wouldn't be able to finish it (note : better to rock Gaylord with at least 4 peeps so that you can order more food). But he was so enthused about wanting us to try it that he sent out a small portion anyway - how is that for service from the heart and pride in your restaurant. The naan is, of course, like every other dish, excellent beyond belief.

There's absolutely nothing to complain about in this restaurant - even the bathrooms were spotless - and it's probably one of our favorites in HK. The food, the wine, the service and the vibes were fantastic. A great time guaranteed!
