Be careful with hidden charge

Yesterday, I had dinner with a client over there and we six arrived at 7:15. We booked this was mainly the status of being recommened by 米芝蓮，we selected a lot of seafood from the fish tanks, costing HKD3,900+ someting. Nothing speical about the food, and I asked  their 加工費 at the beginnng，they claimed that they charged per head HKD111. Together with 5-6 bottles of beer, ultimately the bill cost close to 6,000. Nothing speical about the food, and I asked  their 加工費 at the beginnng，they claimed that they charged per head HKD111. Together with 5-6 bottles of beer, ultimately the bill cost close to 6,000. Checking the bill we found something usual, eg the fish, we asked 起肉炒球 and deep fry the bone. They recommended us to fry the bone two times, (very dry ultimately) and they charged additional HKD111 for this process. As we had business cleint, we did not scan thru the bill closely, there should be other hidden charges, for we did not ordered anything besides the seafood. If you patronize this restaurant please ask more details for the hidden charge for their ususual recommendations such as frying something two times, adding some vegatables with fish, then it will be happier.  Also, I beleive that market is efficient, for more than half of the tables were empty during  Friday night.

Be very careful.

題外話/補充資料： Fish are not fresh as turnvoer is slow
