This is by far the best Sichuan place I have had in Hong KongAlthough it is slightly more expensive than other big chain storeIt’s more authentic with the Sichuan classic thick oil soup Tried the sour and spicy noodleIt’s very rich with enough chilliIf you are an intestines loverYou will be thrilled becoz they have all the pork stomach, ear , tongue and intestine in spicy flavour as wellThey are all well cooked Taste really tender
