星期六去咗中環行街,其中一個原因係為咗湊熱鬧去新開張嘅激安,但排隊前先要食飽飽是常識吧😁。朋友以前喺中環返工,佢帶咗我去試「瘋狂小面」,佢昔日嘅飯堂。餐廳雖然唔係地舖,但位置都方便,喺正扶手電梯隔離嘅商業大廈一樓,行完長樓梯再坐𨋢。環境唔錯,冷氣充足,裝修行中式風,有大大個臉譜作裝飾👺。由於第一次食,我係咁問朋友有乜推介,店員聽到我哋嘅對話,勁好人主動介紹菜式👍。其實餐牌亦好清晰,除咗每款食物有圖片以外,仲有文字介紹,咁就會知道每道菜嘅分別啦。考慮到餐廳位於中環地段,食物定價唔貴😛,套餐由$78兩味到$98四味不等,個別升級小食項目就要再加錢。我哋叫咗兩個全餐,超豐富的呢。蕃茄牛肉面,我唔敢嗌辣湯,所以叫蕃茄湯,一上枱已經覺得湯底顏色好鮮橙、好靚🧡。餐廳自家製嘅鮮茄醬配以豬骨濃湯超惹味,同港式蕃茄通粉湯底或者西式羅宋湯好唔同。湯底吸收哂蕃茄嘅甜味精華🍅,酸味就無乜,不過留意番係無茄肉㗎。牛肉薄薄的有四至五片,味道唔錯,本身已經醃咗味,但又唔會遮蓋🐮牛肉本身嘅味道。湯麵嘅麵底亦係另一焦點,幼身麵條口感彈牙,就算浸咗陣都無變湖,兼且又好啱掛湯,無得輸。每碗麵均有蔥同芫荽等配料,唔啱食就記得走咗去。瘋狂燒白面,每日限量15碗,呢碗係朋友點的,我當然會試埋一份🙈。瘋狂湯麵系列有得揀紅湯或者白湯,紅湯即係辣湯咁解,再有得自選辣度同麻度等。我哋要咗少麻少辣紅湯,對於食開BB辣度嘅我嚟講,係可接受範圍。🌶辣味在後勁,但辣得幾過癮好香兼好味,因為夠鹹味,唔係一味得個辣字,而且我仲覺得湯底帶點豆香。本身以為湯麵會有啲碗豆,點知無,早知加啦!講番餸料,「燒白」其實係指五花肉🐷,亦係一道四川省成都特色菜餚,好彩餐牌有詳盡介紹。五花肉個樣令人垂涎三尺🤤,肥瘦適中,咬落去散發嘅嗰份油香不得了,達到入口即溶嘅效果,但就毫無肥膩嘅感覺,點解可以咁正?滷水拼盤(+$72),呢款升級小食幾貴😳,不過都值嘅。拼盤份量唔少,有四款肉,包括牛肉、牛脷、牛肚同豬耳,每款各有幾片。店員介紹巴蜀正宗嘅滷水食法係乾食,再沾上辣粉,同潮州等滷水方式唔同。每款肉都滷得好入味,但唔會重口味。牛肉同蕃茄麵嗰啲一樣,牛脷就非常軟稔;不過我最鍾意嘅係牛肚,打斜片得薄薄的,所以食起嚟唔韌,亦能保持爽口。蒜泥青瓜,呢個小食唔駛加錢,份量唔多,剛好係一人份。🥒青瓜涼涼的,沾上蒜泥變得香口,一件接一件,好快食哂。成都老冰粉,食慣中國辣味道嘅對冰粉唔會陌生,佢雖然係甜品,但同時亦有解辣嘅作用。如果辣麵太辣,可以一路食住冰粉平衡一下;不過今日無咁嘅需要😆。冰粉口感類似啫喱,調味唔會太甜,面頭落咗啲果乾、芝麻同糯米,最後者帶點酒釀嘅味道。紅棗銀耳湯,本身無諗住食佢,因為想試醪糟粉子,可惜店員話無師傅整,暫時無得賣😢。不過錯有錯著,估唔到呢個比較常見嘅甜品都整得好出色,雪耳綿綿的,味道清甜。飲品方面,我哋要咗金柑檸檬同紅肉柚子,兩杯都係凍飲,亦係要加$6,加錢嘅飲品比較吸引吧。檸檬🍋嗰杯係酸過柚子㗎。可能呢日係星期六嘅關係,所以餐廳唔算多人。不過我相信平日一至五上班日會好爆場👏,好在座位亦都唔少。總括嚟講,我真係諗唔到任何可以挑剔嘅地方!因為食物味道正宗兼高質😋、環境舒服、定價合理以及店員服務態度好好,對客人超友善。佢仲溫馨提示我哋要快啲食麵,驚會浸淋。不過我唔可以俾滿分💯,扣1分得99分,因為今日我原本想點嘅蒸蛋同兩款飲品都賣哂😜,哈哈講笑啫。我已經將呢間重慶瘋狂小面列入可一食再食系列!最後奉上餐廳完整餐牌以供參考🙏🏻。 繼續閱讀

👺瘋狂小面🍜.👧🏻:「今日lunch去邊度食?」👱🏻‍♀️:「酸辣粉。」工作日嘅午餐,好多時都會去瘋狂小面食酸辣粉,仲用「酸辣粉」借代埋人哋個店名,一講酸辣粉,大家都知我又去幫襯瘋狂小面了😂今次同朋友一齊食,終於的起心肝,試吓呢度嘅其他招牌菜😈🌶酸辣粉我的至愛❤️酸辣粉起源於西南民間,麵底是以紅薯和豌豆按比例調和的紅薯粉,用傳統手法肴制而成。湯底包含花椒的麻,紅油的辣,雜醬的鮮,保寧醋的酸,配上香菜、芹菜、花生🥜等香口佐料,滿足麻辣鮮香四大要素,百吃不厭🤤私心推薦要加辣加麻,超好吃😏🧂瘋狂豌雜麵深受身邊不吃辣的同事的喜愛(可走辣)😆以豌豆與雜醬為主料,配以蔥、薑、蒜為輔料製作而成,即使是小辣已經很惹味👍🏻而且幼身麵條很掛醬,吃下去口感很綿滑😋🧃紅肉柚子🧃冰糖雪梨兩款都是清甜解渴的飲品, 不過我太晚去, 藍蝶花雪梨已經賣完了, 不然很想試試~成都老冰粉吃辣必備的輕甜品~就像是質感更厚一點的啫喱,加入芝麻、提子乾和花生,清甜解辣~另外也有缽缽雞套餐,看起來也很吸引呢~ 繼續閱讀

平時搭扶手電梯已經留意到有個招牌寫住《瘋狂小麵》好似好正咁!今日終於的起心肝約埋朋友去試!餐廳內部裝修都好有中式感覺,古色古香,仲見到坐左唔少外國人 星期六都有set lunch!我地想試哂所以要左set C ($98) 有齊麵、飲品、小食同甜品,原本想試擔擔麵但被menu 既碗雜麵吸引住,食落更加不得了!碗雜麵其實係重慶麵既一種,麵質一向係整碗麵既靈魂所在,碗雜麵質好有韌度夠彈牙,唔會腍,食落有口感,加埋非常豐富既配料-軟糯既碗豆蓉、香甜肉碎蔥花、花生碎等,撈埋麵底既雜醬非常惹味,最欣賞係食落香麻但唔會太辣,食落停唔到口,絕對推薦! 除左以上既乾撈麵,我仲留意到menu有限量15份既瘋狂燒白麵,咁巴閉當然要試試!我地去到十二點幾好好彩未賣哂仲叫到一碗,人生第一次食燒白,原來係扣肉加埋梅菜,講真燒白係幾肥既肥豬肉,咬落味道香濃但不覺油膩,反而入口即溶,值得一試!小菜如燒椒茄子又酸又辣,茄子夠淋,加上椒、蔥等調味;涼拌木耳原來都幾辣,不能食辣既人慎點,不過木耳夠爽口,絕對係開胃涼菜!成都老冰粉口感似平時食既透明啫喱,但配上甜糯米、花生碎等混食有更豐富口感,食落清新微甜  繼續閱讀

We wanted to find somewhere for dinner before going home. So we ended up eating somewhere close to our workplaces. Thinking of having something simple and quick, it seemed that 瘋狂小面 should be the place to go! The Sichuan-style noodles named 小面 had my favourite al dente texture and you could get all your food in one bowl without the need to wait!Their crazy set menu was so clear and easy to tick with choices of different components, toppings, upgrades of drinks or appetisers, and desserts. While we had never tried their desserts before, we ordered 2 noodle sets with a noodle + drink + appetiser + dessert at $98+10%. A basic set with just noodle + drink cost $78+10% while a set with noodle + drink + appetiser/dessert cost $88+10%. There didn't seem to be any inflation so far.番茄牛肉面+煎蛋 at $9+10%Tomato soup was really a must-order item as it was so tasty! For the basic, you could choose either 番茄牛肉面 or 番茄煎蛋面 . As meat lovers, of course we went for the former. We topped it up by $9 to get 煎蛋. The tomato soup was super super yummy! It was naturally sweet and very appetising! It went great with the pan fried egg. There were three slices of beef and I think they had become more yummy as they were more tender and richer in beef flavour compared with our last visit. There were 2 pieces of fresh choy sum and loads of spring onion and coriander to add flavour. Quite a healthy bowl of noodles. We finished all the soup.瘋狂豌雜面 +牛肉  at $15+10% + 大排 at $20+10%Our usual favourite was 瘋狂擔擔面 but we guessed it was time to try something new so we decided to try this 瘋狂豌雜面. It was actually stirred noodle with mashed peas and minced pork. We topped it up to add 牛肉 at $15+10% and 大排 at $20+10%. We had been trying BB辣 and BB麻 and this time we decided to try the next level of normal 麻 and 辣. I had to admit that I preferred BB level. It was my problem haha. The Chinese-style ramen were very delicious as they were well seasoned so that every single noodle was full of the sauce. The noodles were a little bit al dente. There were loads of minced pork which were well seasoned. The mashed peas were pretty smooth and were like mashed potato! It was interesting to eat it with the minced pork as the two balanced each other quite well in terms of flavour. The loads of chopped spring onion and peanuts were great to enhance texture. The 2 pieces of choy sum were very fresh. The three beef cubes were reasonably tender and delicious. There were three pieces of pork ribs which were definitely well seasoned. One of them contained soft bone which was my favourite and tender enough to chew. Having tried 瘋狂擔擔面 and 瘋狂豌雜面, I would recommend the latter.鍾水餃 at +$32+10%This 鍾水餃 had 1 chili on the menu. There were 6 dumplings. Although they were not big, they were super super smooth and the wrapping was reasonably thin. The stuffing seemed to be minced pork. The sauce was very interesting as it was slightly spicy, sour and sweet, making the dumplings taste very good. Highly recommended!泡椒鳳爪 (included in set)This 泡椒鳳爪 had 2 chili on the menu. There were 2 and a half pieces of chicken feet which were those chewy type. Although you couldn't see chili or red colour, they were really quite spicy. The 2 chili on the menu were well justified. The two sweet soups were really great value for money at a top up of just $10+10%.紅棗銀耳湯 (included in set)They only offered cold 紅棗銀耳湯 but it was great to cool our tongues down after eating the spicy food. There were a lot of 雪耳 which were so smooth while the sweet soup was of the perfect degree of sweetness. There was a red date. It was a pretty good sweet soup and a price of $10 was just unbeatable. 成都老冰粉 (included in set)成都老冰粉 was very special. It was like a big bowl of jelly in 1 piece topped by some black & white sesame, raisins, peanuts and something white in the middle which we couldn't tell what it was even after eating. We ate it by drinking it like a bowl of liquid. So funny. It was delicious and again of the perfect degree of sweetness and was so effective in cooling down our tongues after the spicy food. Very creative to add the toppings like this to add texture and flavour. The black and white sesame smelt so nice. Great value for money.熱羅漢果冬瓜茶 & Hot lemon water (included in set) For drinks, we just stuck to their 熱羅漢果冬瓜茶 & Hot lemon water. The former had a light flavour of 羅漢果 and winter melon. There was nothing special about the hot lemon water. Healthy drinks.We were really surprised that the sweet soup was quite good and that 瘋狂豌雜面 and 鍾水餃 were both yummy! Interior renovations were pretty Chinese and during our dining in there was a big group of Mandarin speaking people. Attracted by the name Crazy Noodles (瘋狂小面) of this restaurant, my sister and I had a new and enjoyable food encounter this afternoon.This restaurant specializes in Sichuan styled spicy noodles. We order two signature noodle sets recommended by the chef.Noodles with minced pork and mashed peas (瘋狂碗雜麵) are delicious. It is not spicy. By mixing the minced pork, mashed peas, shallots, peanuts, sauce, vegetables, etc., the noodles taste very well. The texture of the noodles is al dente but smooth.Noodles with pig intestines in red soup (瘋狂肥腸麵) is spicy and authentic. We choose the lowest degree of spiciness (小麻小辣). Yet, the soup is rich and full of flavour. The pig intestines are thoroughly cleaned with fat tissues removed and cooked for several hours. They are tender and tasteful.We also try a stewed platter (鹵水拼盆). The pig intestines (豬大腸), beef shin (牛腱), pig tongue (豬脷) and beef stripes (牛肚) are nice.A dessert and drink are included in the set. The smoke plum juice (烏梅汁) is very good. It is perfect to finish the lunch with Chengdu jello (成都老冰粉) and snow fungus sweet soup (紅棗銀耳湯). Both are not very sweet but special.We are happy with this new dining experience and will revisit. Price is affordable. Two sets and a platter cost about $300. 繼續閱讀
