One of my favorite Indian cuisine is definitely their hand-made naan. This time we have ordered two kinds: Kashmiri Naan and Lachha Paratha. Kashmiri Naan is stuffed with mashed cashew nuts and paste, which is spread inside the flat bread.
For the Lachha Paratha, it is a multi-layered flat whole wheat bread. Serving hot in a basket, it is very appetizing and mouth watering with its buttery smell. The texture is very pliable and chewy.
Chicken Tandoori is the most spicy type of curry. The chicken is covered with the curry paste. The meat is tender and remains juicy. The aftertaste is the strongest giving the tongue some burning sensation, which could totally be a spicy challenge!
Mango Lassi is the best choice of drink to relief from spicy food. The mango flavor is blending in the plain yogurt. It is slightly sour mixed with mango sweetness.
