Everything about this restaurant is very well thought out and organised for both seasoned ramen eaters and people who have never had them in their lives. The menu was easy to navigate as all the ramen had detailed descriptions and helpful advice. The order slips were very helpful and uncomplicated like other restaurants I know of, they had advice what to order if you didn't know, and if you did know then it was very precise so you can order exactly what you like. I ordered the basic ramen with cha siu, green onions, bamboo shoots, and egg.
Everything was amazing, even the bamboo shoots which I don't like went really well with the ramen, very crunchy and tasty. The egg was unlike any I've ever eaten in my ramen experience, very very tasty and gooey.
Overall I would say that this restaurant is one of the best I've ever tasted and would make this my regular ramen restaurant. I understand that the broth of the ramen has gotten a lot better, in my view it is possibly even better than Ichiran.
