Enjoying a delicious ramen is never easy! In Tokyo, ppl have to wait over an hour. Back to HK, I had to visit this place to finally be able to try their signature Creamy Madai Broth Ramen😭(It's either Sold Out/ having long queue🥹). Went there at 16:30 on a weekday and got the 1st bowl of this foamy soup ramen for the dinner session. You may have to try visiting at this timeslot if you wanna skip the queue but not disappointed as well.
The soup is made with natural Madai (Red Snapper) and seashells, which concentrated all the umami from the sea but not being salty (Saw reviews commenting they found it too salty, but didn't happen to me). Topped with pork, fish and seafood flesh, onion, bamboo shoot and chieves. The tastes of the noodle was more enhanced. Love the touch of paparika powder to the soup which also added dimension to the flavor. When you are feeling the sea flavor is too much, you can mix the yuzu paste on the bowl edge to the soup to give some freshness. The only thing I could complain with this ramen is the insufficient soup portion compare to the noodle, that I couldn't enjoy the ramen perfectly at the end🥺.

Re-visit ? ✔️ The only thing I could complain with this ramen is the insufficient soup portion compare to the noodle, that I couldn't enjoy the ramen perfectly at the end🥺.
