For brunch, we chose two sets, which included a buffet featuring pumpkin soup, Lebanese Tomato Salad, Hummus, Roasted Cauliflower, and Batata Harra (spiced fried potatoes)—all fresh and flavorful. Each set came with an egg dish: we tried the Makanck Omelet (with Lebanese sausage) and Shakshuka (a spiced tomato stew with eggs).
We also ordered the Shahrazad Mix Grill as an extra, with tender lamb and chicken that were perfectly seasoned and grilled.
