初一晚有幸訂到天龍軒，實在有點出奇，事因過去一年試過幾次都訂唔到。環境，坐位擺設皆適中，雖然未有window seat但街外夜景亦能看到。燈光，餐具亦具頂級酒店水平。服務，招呼，食物之推介皆十分friendly，絶無pressure，對不同之客人招呼亦一様。食物，椰皇花膠湯so good，甜甜地，有椰香，花膠正！南瓜海鮮湯，別樹一格，清甜可口！前菜炸黃鱔條，十分特別，開胃醒神。叉燒名不虛傳，有肉汁，一陣就食哂！主菜推介銀魚班球，班球厚切，新鮮，似是東星班。Bonus 是伴碟菜心十分好食，一家人好enjoy !甜點，黑松露奶凍，Woo so wonderful !旦散亦不能不試！Wine ,點左一枝2010 Burgundy 1st Grand Cru白酒，well recommended and good match for the food !The only thing that we do not understand is Italty wine is classified as old world wine ?
