呢間台灣牛肉麵都幾出名㗎，聽講老細係台灣人，咁食呢碗牛肉麵嘅牛肉呢真係幾出色！啲牛肉呢有肉地亦都有啲筋膜，而且非常嫩滑。個湯呢我基本上都係飲晒，我就飲唔到係味精湯。而麵呢亦都非常之爽口，煙靭。份量亦都足夠你一個好飽嘅午餐。再送埋呢冬瓜茶，你可以揀熱亦可以揀凍，我覺得一定會再返嚟！One of the best Taiwan beef noodle I have tried in HK, the meat is lean with some tendon, chewy, and the beef taste are very good. I really want to know what is the sauce to marinate this. The soup is very good as well, no MSG. Worth to try this one in TST
