魚奶湯煎餅窩：魚奶湯鮮味十足（'Senbei' Nabe with 'milky fish soup'）: really excellent seafood soup with assorted seafood, vegetable and some sort of chewy pancakes.
雞腎：夠稔，夠入味（Pan-seared chicken giblets with garlic）: comes with a hot plate - very tasty and aromatic. The giblets are cooked just right and fairly juicy.
七味羊：較乾（Grilled lamb）: the taste was fine but a bit too dry.
三文魚頭窩：辣麵豉湯幾好飲，三文魚ｏｋ．（Salmon Nabe）: lightly fried salmon in excellent spicy miso soup base with vegetable and tofu.
We ordered a bottle of shojyu as well.
The service was impeccable; warm and attentive. A waitress (with glasses) there made quite an impression - whenever I ask her for recommendations, she will give you a recommendation in split second. (Other than the grilled lamb and salmon nabe, other dishes were recommended by her and were all excellent!) When I get the bill, the waitresses told us to take our time with the drinks.
