佐敦嘅紅伶重開,由一層變左做兩層,重開之後我都係第一次食,佢係一間水準好高嘅打冷🦢馳名滷水鵝 $130 (8.1/10)鵝肉偏肥,滷水味剛好,佢唔係好似啲台式滷味咁淡,真係好食嗰隻,肉同骨個比例、骨會比較多,有啲水煮花生做伴碟、我好鍾意食🥮馳名煎蠔餅 $80 (8.7/10)佢係兩塊蠔餅搭埋一齊咁上碟,蠔餅炸到金黃色,唔油、乾身,食落超正,入面有好多芫茜,連我呢啲唔鍾意食芫茜嘅人都冇唔鍾意個蠔餅,入面有粒粒嘅蠔肉、唔會食到蠔殼,清得好乾淨,配上魚露好食到停唔到口🪱滷水鵝腸 $130 (8.6/10)呢間我鍾意食鵝腸多過鵝肉,佢個底有超多芽菜,鵝腸有啲脂肪係冇清理哂,我會自己整走啲大粒嘅肥膏,腸食落爽口,調味都好夠🦑冰震芥辣魷魚片 $100 (8.6/10)佢係最遲嚟嘅,賣相好靚,冇想像中咁冰震,似壽司鋪入面嘅魷魚刺身,配以平時嘅wasabi同豉油食,食落好滑好有口感但好似比起喺舊鋪嗰陣切得薄身左🐚豉椒炒蜆 $98 (8.2/10)佢啲豉椒都唔會太鹹,用嚟餸飯就啱啱好啦,呢排啲蜆都偏肥、大大塊肉,但好多隻蜆都係未開口🤔🧆韭菜豬紅 $80 (8/10)呢個就正常水準啦,韭菜唔多,豬紅都好多

呢個就正常水準啦,韭菜唔多,豬紅都好多嚿,佢本身配有辣醬去比你餸,我自己就覺得個辣醬得少少辣味,同個豬紅好唔夾,就咁食仲好
