是日去到一間阿根廷既steak house 平日好少指定話試阿根廷菜今日第一次試一試。今日係星期二，但已經座無虛席。個環境好舒服，位置就係大館對面。環境好chill 放工之後同朋友黎chill 一chill ， 相當吾錯。半開放既廚房更可以睇到煮既過程，係等待個陣，已經聞到好香好想食。今日先叫了一份seafood Ceviche de lubinaSeabass avocado ,red onion, lime,main cancha 其實牛油果加青檸已經係好fresh.作為一份前菜係好開胃， 更期待之後既steak 魚肉雖然係生，但都冇任何腥味。Carne des res platter 19 oz Rump, fillet, Skirt Steak house 當然要叫人地既signature 其實係等個陣已經見到好多人叫。 三個部位， Rump fillet skirt 共有6款sauce, 今次叫medium 肉質好滑好香， 牛味好重。 加上佢環境真係好舒服，所以好享受慢慢食，好岩傾住計chill 住食。其實過幾日已經係情人節，應該相當浪漫。幾個部位都食到，所以岩大家一齊sha
