Last  Sunday I brought two friends to visit Wanchai branch at 2pm for sim sum. When we arrived 1/F reception, there's no one there so we waited for 5 minutes. When the receptionist lady finally appeared, she totally ignored us until we asked her for seats availability a few times. She turned back and just said "No Seats!". We were given no tickets for waiting table nor any further entertainments. This was indeed a very bad experience. We used to visit this restaurant once a month but we will cer

When the receptionist lady finally appeared, she totally ignored us until we asked her for seats availability a few times. She turned back and just said "No Seats!". We were given no tickets for waiting table nor any further entertainments. This was indeed a very bad experience. We used to visit this restaurant once a month but we will certainly make it our last choice in the future. We hope that if they do have a HR department, they will recognize this staff as their "Best Employee"!! As she will definitely reduce their workload because we have no where to complain.
