吉列炸牛扒 (Deep Fried Beef Cutlet) $188

Beef cutlet was deep fried while retain the inner part raw before delivered to customers. Then we grill it using a pan with heated butter. The butter gives a strong oily flavour to the beef cutlet, you can further supplement with some salt besides. The freshness of salad is being enhanced by the use of yuzu vinegar.
頂級板腱牛扒 (PRIME Flat Iron Steak) $215
牛扒厚度十足,我哋揀咗餐廳推薦嘅五成熟,可以見到火候控制得好好。味道真係比想像中好食,肉味相對西冷同肉眼都濃同時肉質鮮嫩,雖然中間有一條筋,但係都烹調得好容易嘴嚼。整體而言,我哋較推薦板腱牛扒,因為肉味真係出好多,熱愛牛扒嘅人值得一試。
Nicely cooked medium think cutted prime flat iron steak. It has a stronger taste of meat than sirloin and ribeye, while remain the tenderness of it. We preferred the flat iron steak than the beef cutlet, as meat lovers will be more satisfied with its intense flavour, that does not required further seasoning.
