CP值：4/5價錢 Price:- 杜洛克黑毛豬腩片漢堡（芳天娜芝士）Duroc Pork Belly Burger with Honey & Mustard Sauce (Fontina Cheese)：$90- 川式麻辣雞扒沙律Sichuan Chicken Salad：$78啲餡多到爆晒出黎嘅burger👏🏻平時打邊爐食豬腩片就食得多配burger真係第一次食原來都唔錯，好彩餐廳一啲都冇overcook d豬腩所以肉質仲係好軟，唔會咬極都咬唔開👍🏻要讚一讚個包，我好怕食美式burger個包烘到好乾好硬，硬到會𠝹損個咀唇👄但尼個包係好軟熟，又唔會太濕，因為佢有輕輕煎過個蜜糖芥末醬酸酸甜甜，配埋啲生菜、香葉、青瓜，所以好開胃，最後忍唔住食晒🤤😆川味雞扒配沙律又係好新穎，因為我好好奇佢係咩味，所以又叫左個雞扒有好多麻辣香料，食完係過幾秒先麻出黎，好過癮😆但有啲太咸，所以一定要配埋沙律菜一齊食如果雞扒切件上會好啲，一大塊好難撈沙律🙃沙律配嘅橄欖油酸醋汁有啲少，所以最後嘅沙律菜就冇晒汁但整體都唔錯，份量好大，食沙律都唔怕唔夠飽我個次去係dinner，只有散叫佢仲有手功啤酒賣，但等下先再試我

配burger真係第一次食
原來都唔錯，好彩餐廳一啲都冇overcook d豬腩
所以肉質仲係好軟，唔會咬極都咬唔開👍🏻

It is the first time that I ate a burger with slices of pork belly. It's awesome!👍🏻
The stuffing of this burger is so much that the bun cannot cover it properly😂
The pork was cooked just right that was still so tender. I hate those overcooked pork which cannot be torn by teeth.
I really admire their bun. For some American burger, the buns are so hard and dry that may cut your lip when you eat. However, the bun here does not have this problem. 👏🏻
The honey mustard sauce is so appetising that render me eat the whole burger.🤤🤣
Sichuan chicken salad is a brand-new concept to me.
The tingly sensation came a few second after you bite it.
The chicken, however, was a bit salty. Better mix it with salad but the chicken should be cut into small pieces.
One point that they can improve is that the vinegar and oil was not sufficient to mix with all the vegetable.🙃
However, overall taste is good and the size is so big.
I went there for dinner. They do not offer dinner set so you can only order a la carte.
But they offer lunch and tea set with more reasonable price.
Workers in CBD should go and grab their lunch there!👍🏻
