When we entered PALA, we were immediately surrounded by a warm, comforting, and chill environment. The staff was there to take care of us ASAP and we were given the menu. When we entered PALA, we were immediately surrounded by a warm, comforting, and chill environment. The staff was there to take care of us ASAP and we were given the menu. The menu consisted of a range of the most delicious pizza options- both round roman pizzas with a thin crust, as well as their signature rectangular PALA pizzas. 
Now onto the food. We ordered their platter of 4 PALA's holding the Margarita, Salamina, Arabiatta, and Carbonara. While the carbonara was my favourite, the one thing that stood out was the best textured and best tasting crust that I have ever ever had in my life. I was able to talk to the owner Coco who told me so many things- after a long & pleasant conversation, about the distinct aspects of their food and the concept that really push it over the edge. I found out that their dough is fermented for 72 hours which makes it much healthier than regular pizza, just as the Romans intended it to be. Additionally, the decadent deserts are actually made with Erythritol, which is 0 cal sugar & has health benefits. We had the limoncello spritz as well as the peach iced tea mocktail. The blueberry pannacotta was so so good - & healthy might I add, and they also have a vegan pizza with no cheese, ample amount of garlic and tomatoes, and the thinnest roman crust which makes it absolutely delicious.

I am a regular here now, and over my next few visits have tried 4 cheese or Quattro Formaggi pizza with rosemary baked potatoes, their new menu of handmade pasta, as well as their new addition ice creams. Recently a new chef joined them- chef Stefano. He is the man behind their handmade pasta creations, as well as new menu items including eggplant parmigiana. I am in awe of their ambience, food, vibes, service, and basically everything about PALA. If you haven't tried it please do it ASAP! I promise it's life-changing. I don't know what pizza you were eating before,  but this is definitely 1000 times better.
