這黎巴嫩餐廳氣氛好，裝修靚，食物美味，但最主要的是服務很窩心。尤其是多謝 Kero 和一個女侍應。我們兩星期前才去半島的 Gaddi's 。 Gaddi's 已經是半島的一等一最高服務水平，但意料之外，這餐廳的服務也有這個級數。用餐期間，朋友的餐巾滑下，有個女侍應立刻拾起，朋友想接回，但女侍應竟然說不要再用，要換一張新的餐巾給朋友，真是有些感動 ! 其實我常常滑下餐巾，但我未見過有侍應幫我們拾起，而且還堅持要給新的餐巾給客人，只有用心為客人著想的才會這樣 ! 用餐期間，那女侍應常常幫我們清潔檯面，像 Gaddi's 幫客人清潔麵包碎一樣，很細心。This Lebanese restaurant has a delightful ambiance, beautiful decoration, delicious foods, but most importantly, the service is heartwarming. We went to Gaddi's at the Peninsula two weeks ago. Gaddi's is already the best of the best with the highest service level, but unexpectedly, Shahrazad also has this high standard of service level.
Once my friend's napkin slipped off, and a waitress picked it up immediately. The friend intended to take it back thankfully, but the waitress advised not using it anymore and changed a new napkin for my friend. We were really touched ! In fact, my napkin slip off quite often, but I have never seen a waiter pick it up for me and insist to change it. This lovely waitress is caring and doing extra for the guests !
