湯底豐富，以豬骨、雞骨、魚及蔬菜熬製超過8小時，不過最突出當然係麻辣味，第一次試覺得幾新奇
✧Complex broth made from pork bones, chicken, fishes and various vegetables costs more than 8 hours of preparation. Spiciness certainly stands out most.
超多芫荽幾壯觀，同湯底好夾，幾清新
✧Topped with an abundance of coriander for a spectacular finish. Coriander’s refreshing taste matches perfectly with broth.
麵質粗硬，份量超多！！要好餓先食得晒！
✧Hearty ramen fulfills a hearty appetite. The noodles are thick and firm.

同一般拉麵店唔同，呢度供應厚身叉燒，好腍，肥瘦適中，略帶甜味，讚！
✧Different from regular ramen, here serves thick-cut pork slices. Super tender, with just the right amount of fat and sweetness.
叫咗小麻小辣，都唔係好辣，啱啱好
✧Ordered less chili pepper and less sansho pepper. Not really spicy.
玉米大約有十幾條，感覺好健康，坐bar枱見住廚師開大火炒，幾得意
✧Sitting at bar table gives you a full view of chef frying the baby corns.
