Finally I didn’t go on Monday to try Kokoro @kokorohkg 🤣 REMEMBER they close on Mondays! We had the Tokyo Mezesoba and Niku Mezesoba . I had the niku mezesoba which fits meat lovers just right. The flowing egg yolk is satisfying. And the minced pork is my favourite. Not typical dandan style nor 炸醬 but marinated and stewed to perfect. 1/3 noods down they suggest to add vinegar to the noodle.
