歌柏絲意大利餐廳位於太古廣場.意式餐廳是休閒，隨意和很少餐桌規則。他們引以自豪的是自家意大利烹飪風格，即所有調味料，麵食，甜品香腸都很獨特。他們只使用天然成分，其中包括最佳進口粗麵粉麵粉，“特級”橄欖油及多種意大利和美國天然奶酪。

Last Tuesday I went to Grappas for a quick dinner before my movie at 19.45. I arrived the restaurant by myself at 6 and asked for a table for 3 for dinner. I noticed the bar area was quite full at that time but dining area was still pretty empty. A waitress showed me to a table and gave me the menu. I ordered a glass of wine and asked "it's happy hour now, right?" She said "no happy hour in dining area, only bar area." By the time the waitress showed me to the table, she didn't mention this. Anyway I thought I would not stay long and only have one drink therefore I didn’t bother to move. When it’s around 18.20, a waiter approached and said “well I’m not sure if your friends are coming, I have got a reservation at 20.00 for this table…”. I stopped him right there and said “I’ll leave around 19.30”. I feel upset. If there was a reservation at 20.00 for that table, someone should have asked me before I was given that table. At 18.30, one of my friends arrived and we ordered food. The waitress took the order and started taking away the menus and said “your friend is not coming. Let me take away the menu”. I said “no one said she‘s not coming. She is still trying to come”. What’s she thinking? How come she assumed my friend was not coming!? She then said “okay I leave a menu here for her”. I ordered the fettuccine with prawn and cream sauce. The cream sauce was quite watery and lack of taste and some of the fettuccine stick together. I ordered this because this is Grappas’ signature dish but it really disappointed me. I always reckon Grappas’ service is bad and I have never liked it. Since this time my friend requested to go there and I thought I wouldn’t stay there long, I gave it another chance. This visit proved again its bad service and food. I’ll never ever go back again.

午膳時間相約了在金鐘工作的好友聚餐，就近在太古廣場的 Grappa's Ristorante 用膳。餐廳的裝潢配套有一定水準，但用餐環境比預期嘈吵。午市有四款午餐可供選擇，定價二百餘元連頭盤及餐飲，甜品需另外加錢。先來的餐包籃有三款麵包，出品早已放涼，食味一般。配上香醋橄欖油同吃，醋酸味比預期濃烈，蘸點過量或會有搶喉感。頭盤 Marinated Salmon Carpaccio ，基本上是三文魚沙律的變奏版。三文魚肉質選材偏瘦，經醃製調味後魚香不算很強。下方的田園沙律菜出力恰如其分，最愛那兩小件橘子，汁多甜美。主菜 Oven Baked Garoupa with Fresh Vegetables ，石斑魚扒肉質結實，滑度一般，魚香亦稍淡薄。炒雜菜以三色椒、洋蔥、車厘茄等入饌，色彩繽紛，並富一定香口度。就菜式份量而言，稍稍少了一點，性價比不高。餐飲凍檸茶，糖水自加多少隨意，茶底香味以西餐廳來說已算有交代。

自從四年前尖沙咀店，新正頭一杯水倒落我身之後，我沒有再幫襯了。今天是朋友選的，好吧！再比次機會吧。反正四年前我也常來金鐘店，食物和服務是ok的。今天和老公order了生牛肉(牛肉無牛味，油汁不夠，太乾身）、蔬菜湯（普通）、雞肉雲呑（皮太硬，內𥚃太粉）、羊架（過熟肉太乾）。金鐘店也失守了！是廚房的人轉了嗎？最令人失望的是服務態度奇差，我不要求笑容滿面或是特別殷勤，（雖然我認為這是基本的服務態度）但至少不能黑面吧，一張六人長枱，我坐最右，侍應站最左目無表情粗魯地向我擺大手，原來是收餐牌，我真是呆一呆才有反應，他不能多行兩步嗎？我穿白色衣服，我枱面是黑醋和橄欖油呀！

When it comes to pasta Grappa's is also one to be my resto. Lenguinne in black ink is fantastic,calamari are crispy and not greassy.The cheese cake is wicked that hardly to ressist.

一早book左位lunch, 好多人呀...環境好嘈...order左set lunch...差不多200幾蚊一位啦...depends 你會order d咩main course...beef salad + mushroom risotto + tiramisu~beef salad 賣相幾吸引, 同埋有咸香配rocket leaf..不過rocket leaf唔夠新鮮, 太多olive oil浸住左...所以冇左爽脆口感...不過cherry tomato非常鮮甜多汁呀~~mushroom risotto個賣相好差, 煮到一pat pat好似粥咁...但係個味道就好好, 口感就一pat pat, 所以都幾失望...身為一間意大利餐廳, 連risotto都煮成咁...覺得個廚師應該冇咩心機啦...好彩個味道夠濃...有唔同既mushroom, 唔同既口感, 夠香..所以先合格返...甜品tiramisu...好甜..我覺得太甜喇..冇左咖啡味...太多cream, 唔夠sponge, 同埋d sponge濕哂..冇咩口感..overall, 環境太嘈, 太多客人, 所以侍應都冇咩笑容...廚師又冇咩心機煮risotto...甜品又甜到冇左原來應有既味道..所以不太推介weekday lunch time來, 可能少d客人會好d...
