I have tried the following cuisine:1. Insalata di Spinach2. Cesto di Vongole (New York clams)3. Fettuccine Nero (Squid ink fettuccine)4. Signature Steak5. Pizza alla Salsiccia (Grappa’s own homemade sausage on Pizza)I am disappointed on the Pizza alla Salsiccia which supposed to be the signature dish. It doesn’t taste like a handmade pizza dough at all. Also, the seafood in the Fettuccine Nero is not as fresh as expected. My favourite dishes are Cesto di Vongole and the Signature Steak. They taste great! So be careful of what you picked in this restaurant!

Just going to keep this one short and simple.Not the same Grappa’s we use to know. Brought my baby here hoping for some fresh Italian food but was not expecting heavily MSG pasta.Kind of disappointed and sad that this restaurant has resorted into doing this but it is what it is.We had ordered the following dishes:1) linguini with tomato and meat sauce. They said the sauce was premade. Didn’t know premade meant oily and with msg2) Cesto di Vongole. Clams weren’t fresh, they were small and the sauce was over seasoned with msg as well.3) Trancia di Salmone. Let’s not get into the hygiene of the seats and sticky floors in the restaurant.I really hope other people call this out as well as it’s sad that this was once a great restaurant.

Have passed by many times throughout the years, finally decided to come by for a casual Friday lunch. The restaurant is busy, and the place was full. I assume booking is needed and will be difficult to walk in and get a table for lunch.Ordered the lunch set, I had the Burrata Cheese with Sicilian Tomatoes and Basil to start, the portion was smaller than expected but great quality. Had the Chef's Spaghetti Carbonara with Guanciale Ham. A bit disappointed as it was quite watery and not flavorful, added a bit of salt and pepper myself.. the guanciale ham was burnt.. wasn't that enjoyable. Ordered and shared the Tiramisu for dessert, and was very impressed. Just one thing, there was a lot of cocoa powder on top, a bit too much in my opinion.

Came here for a pre theatre dinner. Love the ambience inside the restaurant and the decor. High ceiling with big wall mirror makes the place very spacious. We ordered my favourite steak tartare as entree. The complimentary sourdough with olive oil and balsamic vinegar were such a delight. The tartare did not let us down either. It was a good start for the night The porcini and goose liver risotto was delicious. The goose liver wasn’t too heavy. In fact I think the whole dish was well balanced in terms of flavour and texture. Must try! The fettuccine was cooked to al dente and the prawns were cooked to perfection too. Overall a very nice dinner before our play.
