入到大澳行咗幾個鐘之後好熱就見到呢間有冷氣嘅就入咗去首先，叫咗個水蟹粥，根本都未煮成粥就上枱俾我哋，根本就係湯泡飯，好Hea好求其，而且個味好鹹完全冇鮮甜味，啲蟹鹹到食唔到，個湯得雞精味無骨鳳爪，第一次食到個汁竟然係泰式甜辣醬溝稀嘅味道，好甜好甜，完全唔酸唔辣勁奇怪陣味炸軟殼蟹好鬆脆，但係又係好鹹，我已經算係食嘢重口味嘅人，食完係咁飲水特價9.9嘅蠔餅，味道普普通通，正常少少冇咁鹹最失望係個水蟹粥，冇諗到離譜到連個粥底都未煮好，都可以上台比客人食

今日嚟到大澳完全唔知道有咩好食？行吓行吓經過一間小廚望入去都幾多人，小店一間座位唔多，不過老闆好好特登幫我哋炒個銀針粉本應佢話嗰日係冇銀針粉，我哋叫咗蟹粥，豬什，炒銀針粉，個豬什真係好有驚喜，豬粉腸肥嘟嘟完全冇苦澀味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻本人對豬什有少許研究，佢個湯底好清好好味好夠胡椒味，豬肚每一嚿切得好均勻，豬紅軟硬適中，可以媲美我喺上環食嗰間好出名嘅豬什，蟹粥亦都好甜，不過拆蟹就麻煩少少，地方整體嚟講都乾淨👍🏻👍🏻
