真的是太感動的一個下午難得weekday放個假陽光普照的下午還有朋友和我去high tea 真是幸福而且終於去到想去好耐既SEVVA本來真的好想坐outdoor可是waitress說有人BOOK了(心諗可以BOOK位的嗎?)沒有outdoor也算了因為真係很熱不想變水人可是就沒海景了不過室內環境也很舒服一片草牆同陽光加埋大沙發真係舒服到暈而且service也非常的好為我們安排坐位也很好只是中段又要換位因為大沙發又有人BOOK左SIGNATURE TEA SET MENU也有不少drink可揀不過SET只包$60的DRINK如要其他便要加錢了不過加錢都值得的因為食物水準真不錯我和朋友都是喝茶朋友的是Darjeeling - 比較淡,真不是我杯茶我的是Earl grey - 最傳統的HIGH "TEA"茶味香濃,食左咁多野,飲翻Earl grey是我的最愛主角SIGNATURE TEA SET依個係我暫時食所有HIGH TEA最好味份量亦岩岩好無論咸點定甜點都好好味,令人回味Ms B's Turkey & Salad Sandwich - OK,沒有SURPRISE,但材料新鮮Chicke

半天假，相約同事到中環Sevva High tea。是日天氣有點翳焗，偶爾下雨。下午茶由2:30pm開始至5:30pm，我們沒有預先訂位，2:20pm到達，已可入座，無需等候。我們選擇了坐在室外，全層都是屬於Sevva的，環境較好，走一圈便看到360度全景，不過佔了大部分的都是高樓大廈景。Tea set for 2要500多元，比較昂貴，但一分錢一分貨，Sevva的食物質素是我吃過的high tea中最好的！鹹點亦較其他餐廳的多，剛好讓我的甜品胃有空間放這裏的Signature蛋糕－－公主蛋糕。另外我點了一杯$140的飲品，名為Sex in the city，其實是一杯Pink Sangria。上桌的時候令我有些失望，因為飲品只有紅酒杯的三分之一左右，感覺他們很小家子氣嘛！到配角出場了！三層的Tea set for 2，細評如下～上層：煙三文魚法包的三文魚夠大塊，塗了一層香蔥忌廉芝士的法包很脆， 好味道！素菜春卷內有香菇絲、甘筍絲和筍絲， 皮很脆，適合素食人士。黑色的蟹肉漢堡賣相不錯，蟹餅炸得很香脆。中層：三文治並不特別，就如在一般西餐廳吃到的質素。雞肉卷三文治的麵包有點乾，感覺普通。

坦白說，$580一個2人份量的tea set是有點貴，縱然她的tea tower份量比一般的巨大。然而，當我咬了一口crunch cake後，便覺得這一切都是值得的。crunch cake上的奶油香濃軟滑，果然名不虛傳，下次再來一定要試她們的蛋糕。至於其他的咸甜點都非常出色，可以看出每個項目都是用心去做。店內外環境空間感十足，簡約而有格調。另外，服務員的態度也不如坊間所講的"寸"

今年生日唔再有四個蛋糕, 因為今年實在太忙唔想攪咁多野當要訂蛋糕, 本來係鎖定Ms B's Cakery, 話晒無試過又係sevva姐妹店但係我睇過網頁介紹, 實在無合心意, 唯一 champane 嗰個唔錯, 但500g 要$1200 就覺得唔係好抵况且講真我唔係咁食champane味嘅嘢, 無謂為咗個賣相就俾咁貴最後都係揀番sevva我最愛嘅lemon meringue, 500g $550, 好抵一見到嗰蛋糕, 我覺得成個蛋糕真係好睇過係sevva到食嘅一件件我最鍾意啲賣相簡單又靚嘅食物, 一黎美觀, 二黎似番食得嘅嘢好怕啲icing令到蛋糕變到好似唔食得嘅藝術品呢個lemon meringue cake只係係蛋糕面塗上cream, 係旁邊貼上一塊塊嘅glazed lemon再係面頭放上white chocolate swirls, 優雅美觀sevva隨cake附送嘅金色蠟燭好襯嗰蛋糕, 名牌啲字亦寫得唔錯lemon meringue cake 經sevva店員解釋, 係放係冰箱嘅, 但係工人就咁放入雪櫃,過咗6個鐘meringue雖然無咁脆但係無咩分別最鍾意係meringue中
