Lastly came the Tiramisu dessert 🍮 for the birthday star ⭐️ with lemon flavored Madelines as Petite Fours. Madeline was good but the Tiramisu was forgettable. There was no texture in it but just a lot of coffee mousse with liquor 🥃. Worst dish of a wonderful meal

Overall, dinner was amazing and exceeded my expectations
The birthday star really enjoyed the experience. The taste of food, view and ambience were remarkable. With the staycation package, it was truly a bargain. Definitely worth to try it!
Will definitely be back!


P.S. - Our breakfast the next morning was a delight as well with this amazing sky view. There were British/Japanese/Chinese/ Continental/Herbivore options to choose from with unlimited refills for hot drinks ☕️

I have been there for my birthday.The service of the staff there is very nice however the food I’m not impressed.There are only a limited choice of food.the food is not as nice as before as i recall my memory.I do not have the urge to come back.they definitely need some more options for food to improve.but i would still recommend you guys to come for the atmosphere and support the hotel.

For the nibbles by piece, I went for the Beaufort Cheese and truffle puff and oxtail croquette. They looked very similar. Croquette could be crispier, and it was quite big- packed with beef. Didn’t remember tasting any truffle in the cheese puff.

要進入餐廳,首先要穿過一條長長的電梯,燈光有點昏暗,但上到餐廳,便一片明亮,沿路旁放上很多蠟燭,感覺很有格調。職員帶我們進入餐廳,成間餐廳都望到海景view,Sunday 可以悠閒在這裏享受一個brunch, 感覺很舒服。特別推介一個chicken salad, 一上枱見到成碟沙律菜,完全見唔到其他配料,原來下面鋪左鷄柳同薯仔,雞柳好juicy同滑,為成個salad加分!

appetizer叫咗啲生蠔,truggle gougeres (like little puffs but salty ones with truffle inside),個味鹹鹹地,truffle味好香,作為 appetizer1流
想講d生蠔真係好拿好味,oyster itself quality固然唔差,但佢ge好味位,係d yuzu汁同上面少少ge調味(yuzu kosho mignonette),真係好食到嗌咗好多隻!!!

we ordered 3 mains + 2 veg for ourselves (well ~lady嚟ga 嗎,唔叫咁多)
一個pasta,最出名ge ravioli was all sold out,被逼叫咗conchiglie,味道可以,但唔surprising,portion幾細,男仔嘅話應該literally 2 羹食哂,可能for你可以嗌多啲其他嘢(掛)

一個grilled lamb cutlets,太overcooked了,order咗5成熟,但裡面都灰灰地,唔係話好紅。味道是ok der,(同埋竟然冇mint jelly when requested@@ )但the staff "解釋" 因為太多人blah blah blah,所以可能唔係可以好好manage個熟度and 時間,咁ok,唔緊要,的確好多人,咁appetizer都好好味,好impressive,所以我無嬲豬了

一個toothfish,太鹹了,太重手,同plating同賣相都唔係好知chef想表達乜,instagram都冇post li張相了(不是太instagrammable),但佢食材,gimmick等等都唔係差,不過我係其他jap餐廳求其嗌個black cod,應該都可以好味過佢

dessert 嗌咗兩個
個人認為tiramisu就好唔tiramisu,裡面有啲香橙碎which我覺得唔係好夾,plus成件事個味道係已經離開咗tiramisu,但賣相一定唔會disappoint到d港女(我話我自己)
另外一個叫咗 banana millefeuille,不要問,只要試!係唔會太甜的,成件事,食完唔覺膩,係好食的

service係酒店式ok,但個別員工笑容有少少假,otherwise,都算attentive and polite
一台客,你預大概有唔同人走嚟同你interact 少少,問下好唔好食,thx for coming嗰啲林沈嘢
唯一好大ge缺點係,真係好嘈,full house ge話真係要claim職業性失聰補償金,d design d牆應該冇做好隔音嗰啲,d聲係不斷係中間傳播and spread,就算對住個靚海境,其實都有少少炆

但食物質素普遍都above average,係我唔好彩,好食嗰啲全部都賣晒。海景其實都好靚,我唔介意d水準compromise少少。
overall, i would recommend Salisterra as the view is really so jeng!!!!!

主菜一雞一牛。牛仔肉炭燒厚切,搭配羊肚菌同Parmeson,肉嫩味香、一咬即化,加條長蔥食別有一番風味,只係無咩炭燒味,同個名不太夾。燒雞上面有蜜糖豆蘿蔔沙律(不是我口味但處理上是可以接受的),雞肉嫩滑,醃製檸檬去除油膩感,加埋有少少炭燒味(反而寫明chargrilled 嘅牛冇),味道十分平衡。

甜品叫左Warm Rice Pudding,可以話係完美地為今餐作結。暖暖rice pudding上有honeycomb, 加左脆脆口感,柑帶黎生果香甜,中間creme fraiche 雪糕就融入冰凍口感,渾然一體,必食之選。

成餐飯每道菜式都唔會有一兩種味道特別搶fo, 反而所有材料味道融和,成為自己別樹一幟嘅味道。嘩眾取寵難以恆久,反而呢種踏實嘅功架先可以長青。
