We had the most delightful afternoon at Salisterra, thanks to an incredible collaboration between The Upper House and London’s renowned Hotel Café Royal  ! ☕️✨ They’ve brought the essence of a classic English afternoon tea to Hong Kong, and it was an experience to remember.Accompanied by Jane, we indulged in a decadent spread of savory treats and delectable sweets, all crafted under the guidance of Hotel Café Royal’s Executive Pastry Chef, Loic Carbonnet . The flavors and presentation were simply exquisite, truly capturing the essence of a quintessential English afternoon tea. 🍰🍮From delicate finger sandwiches to freshly baked scones with clotted cream and homemade preserves, every bite was a burst of heavenly flavors. And let’s not forget the beautifully crafted pastries and desserts that were almost too pretty to eat! 😍🍩After our delightful tea experience, we decided to continue our adventure and headed to  Café at The House. The café’s Spirit of Reflections installation showcased a curated selection of iconic designs by André Fu, capturing his unique vision and creativity. It was a true feast for the eyes, perfectly complementing our memorable afternoon. 🎨✨We’re grateful for these immersive experiences that allow us to savor the best of both worlds: the timeless elegance of Hotel Café Royal and the artistic touch of André Fu. 應該已經是我第三次來到這個地方,喜歡是他的格局,喜歡也是他的私隱,大前提各樣都符合自己,今年決定在此吃一個簡單生日飯遇上農曆假期,店內用上中午餐取待平日午外飯。。。價錢是HK$618. 另加一服務當日餐前麵包依舊係外脆內軟熟酸種包,好吃,是現時自己吃過那麼多之中最認為心意的一款⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️前菜分別要了生蠔魚及Egg Benedict. 生𧐢尚算鮮,【沒有照片】水波蛋在刀鋒界下之一刻每每都很療癒,煎過鬆餅有脆口,加上荷蘭醬,味美⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️主餐分別揀(蟹肉意粉同埋牛面頰),蟹肉意粉料多便是味美加上簡單的天然調味(香蒜/香茜/檸檬/辣椒及巴馬臣芝士)這一份絕沒有閃失⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️牛面頰烹製得很稔,側邊的不是一般薯蓉,而是用上芝士製造成的玉米蓉,配上西式菠菜及牛肉汁感覺蠻好⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️甜品分別要了一份菠蘿片Pineapple carpaccio及泡芙老公的一份甜品自己就沒有嘗試,出來的評價是比較酸反而我覺得芒果雪葩較好吃而自己的一份泡芙外圈為了一層小小的梨肉粒,就略嫌餡料比較少了一點⭐️⭐️⭐️【沒有相片】這裏的套餐是包括餐飲,我們自己各要了一份凍的Cappuccino和latte味道及份量也屬正常至於平時午餐會贈送的朱古力及甜橙皮條,由於在訂位上已經寫上是慶祝生日,所以送上枱上就作為餐廳給我們一份小小的助興品,有總好過沒有算是一個小心意!☆整體上餐廳服務出品自己是屬於滿意的,若然唔係都唔會再三重返,不過自己就覺得平日更為抵食。此店有另加一服務。☆ 繼續閱讀

作為一家精品酒店, 定位和連鎖集團的高級飯店有所不同, 雖然是同樣的高格調, 但是私隱度更高, 而且餐廳不用多, 有一家高質素而又可以包含早午晚三餐, 甚至是晚上喝兩三杯聊聊天就可以. Salisterra就有這樣的功能, 而且窗邊位置可以從49樓遠眺維多利亞港及中環的景觀, 單純這樣比很多酒店的西餐廳來得出色.Salisterra也不是第一次品嚐, 基本上吃的就是地中海菜, 所以會吃到有法國及意大利結合的風格. 今次因為人多關係可以品嚐多幾度菜式, 最吸引的當然是原條骨上的肉眼扒, 以及馬賽魚湯. 前者肉質夠嫩, 肉汁豐富, 不會骨邊位過生而其他部位過熟; 後者的湯頭比一般的更濃, 而且賣相更精緻, 看起來似魚肉和海鮮更為突出, 湯頭味道夠鮮, 再加上微微酸味, 吃起來很舒服.蕃茄乾是環繞整餐晚餐都出現的角色, 從頭盤的牛肉他他, 到之前提及過的馬賽魚湯也有, 這裏的蕃茄乾果酸到剛剛好, 再浸過橄欖油之後, 更能突出其果甜, 甜酸柔和結合, 雖然不是主角, 但在提升食物味道之餘, 也更好表達其地中海菜的風格. 繼續閱讀
