The restaurant offered two dinner seatings over the weekend: 6-8:15pm and 8:15pm til lateI am so glad that we were being offered seating upstairs as we found it not as cramped. Ordered the $38/glass highball, the alcohol was on a weaker size as expected and reflected on the price - still good to try as it’s pretty refreshing for the hot weather. The assorted sushi platter was good. Tasted good and fresh! The slow cooked beef tongue was very tender and went very well with the yuzu pepper! We wanted more!! The clams dish was a bit disappointing as the clams were very tiny (not fatty) and we found some sands in them. Mentaiko egg roll was also very nice even it was intended to be served cold! We also ordered the smashed tuna roll topped with crab meat like everyone - but my first bite was a piece of small ice along with the crab meat! I suggest that they should defrost the crab meat early in advance before serving the dish please - the tuna roll was great but the whole frozen crab meat ruined the dish experience. I liked how the staff/owner would offer tasting before ordering the sake. And they offer various size by glass/ 180ml / 720ml so we get to taste different sake. Overall, nice izakaya that offers good drinks and food in sheung wan/central. Would definitely come back to try the other dishes. 繼續閱讀

係中上環好細間的居酒屋,夜晚19:00 去到見到細細間但比想像中多人,要等位~ 佢分開兩層,主要因為樓底高所以可以分上下兩層,坐的位置係有點逼。等咗30分鐘後入座,用QR CODE 落單有中英文菜單👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 因為溝通上都有限,目測大部分職員都係日本人。$98 有七串雞肉串,性價比高,味道不過不失。叫咗幾款壽司試吓,唔記得幾錢但都ok ge, 又係性價比高啦~ 都幾新鮮好食過元氣嘅 🤣🤣嚟到重頭戲! 我最誠心推薦係呢個菜式,由於本人十分喜愛吞拿魚蓉,佢呢個組合真係Perfect!! 好好味又可以自己DIY幾多份量放係卷上面擺入口 😂😂 最重要個卷入面有青瓜!令到口感唔會肥膩,私心推薦一定要試食呢個~三文魚籽 + 蟹肉 + 吞拿魚蓉之後見到隔離枱叫咗呢個炸蝦天婦羅,一於自己都試吓,又真係幾好食,炸得好脆 加上呢個醬升華咗口感,不過小鳥胃的我已經好飽啦~炸蝦 🍤 + 炸帶子飲酒係幾平,我叫咗兩杯 $38 Lemon sour ,叫咗一杯 普通highball 但好淡味,另外再試咗一杯Yamazaki highball 就濃味啲啦~~ 總體驗都不錯,值得推薦一試! 但就唔會想坐低再慢慢飲酒,因為位置實在坐得唔舒服,不過呢個係佢嘅技巧嚟,想返多幾轉客又可以賺多啲。埋單 Total HK$800 幾蚊,性價比高嘅~有得食又有得飲酒,我食過香港其他居酒屋都起碼過千埋單。 繼續閱讀

Sake Masaka新開在中環, 由日本人主理, 而且附近客人都係日本人環境闊落, 底層主要係立食免加一同朋友上去上層, 可用QR code 落單menu 有好多唔同sake/酒供應, 而highball 只係$38杯都真係幾平, 不過覺得有d 稀. 更鐘意honey lemon sodaNokke sushi 滿瀉嘅吞拿魚蓉, 蟹肉同大粒咸香魚籽, 好滿足串燒 $18-20唔貴, 都係$18-20. Pork belly, 煙肉芝士,煙肉蕃茄, 煙肉芝士. 豚肉菜同牛舌 牛舌香有口感, 好食. 其他都唔錯, 反而叫左個蠔串燒 $22普通Assorted Tuna Salmons Sushi $108Sashimi都ok, 有點家庭式feel. 飯有點鬆散Grand Floor, 2 Shin Hing St, Central 繼續閱讀

之前去中環飲酒時見到一間新開既小店  SAKABA MASAKA,係一間由日本人主理既食店,所以去左試下先。店內有兩層,地下主要係立食而上面嗰層有得坐。店內裝修帶有日本風情。飲品方面,出名係清酒,而另外亦有Highball 等飲品。同朋友分別飲左 Masaka High Ball ($38) 同埋 Honey Lemon Sour ($38)。食物方面,主要係食壽司Sushi 同串燒 Kushi 等。Nokke Sushi ($128),呢一碟都可以話係店內招牌菜之一,好澎拜啊,有吞拿魚蓉同埋三文魚籽等。壽司$18起,同朋友分享左三文魚壽司 Salmon、油甘魚壽司 Yellowtail 同埋帆立貝壽司 Scallop。串燒就同朋友分享左幾款,包括豬肉卷蘆筍,牡蠣,煙肉卷蕃茄,煙肉卷金針菇等幾款,價錢由$18一串起,當中煙肉卷金針菇係幾爽口既。其他食物就食左天婦羅 Tempura,當中件雞天婦羅都算鬆軟。三文魚薯仔沙律 ($78)薯仔沙律都幾有口感,另外既魚刺身會係是日既魚,當日係三文魚。亦有慢煮牛舌伴柚子胡椒 Slow cooked beef tongue with yuzu pepper ($28),呢個價錢有兩塊,食落係幾軟腍。店內仲有刺身、燒物、揚物同甜品等選擇。 繼續閱讀
