再來New Punjab Club, 最吸引的依然是其Tandoor烤串的菜式, 像是烤雞和原塊芝士, 醬料的運用像是雞肝醬, 薄荷醬以及乳酪都是恰到好處, 味道層次多元化. 原塊芝士依然是鹹香非常, 口感實在, 只是自己年紀開始大, 要消化如此多的乳製品, 真的有點吃力, 還是讓年輕的來. 雞肉醃得很香夠甜, 比起上一次吃烤得更焦香, 看看自己的接受程度就是.頭盤的牛奶飽對我來説依然是如此美味, 外脆內軟酥香非常, 羊肉的香辣與羶香與牛奶飽依然十分配搭, 比起Tandoor系列更吸引. 咖喱角色彩依然繽紛, 酸酸甜甜, 外面口感酥脆而內裡的是蔬菜蓉, 沒有肉類的它, 應該是整餐最健康的. Hot meet cold, that’s an incredible experience for your palette. The pudding is not too sweet as the toffee sauce. But it’s not a wow dessert for me, as the flavour of every element does not have much character and speak themselves (or they are just being too humble haha!)

Overall, it’s an undeniable satisfying dining experience and didn’t disappointing as a Michelin star restaurant. The servers are friendly and funny as well, they interact with customers at the right time (not overwhelming) with great energy and courtesy. Re-visit is a yes for me!

一星期前喺網上book,人數加減咗幾次,喺網上面輕易咁都modify到,book嘅時候要俾埋Credit卡,有cancellation policy,所以都係小心啲好。6:30pm 3位安排咗舒適嘅卡位,餐廳嘅佈置幾特別,燈光好舒服,牆上面亦都有唔少嘅藝術品可以欣賞,不過稍嫌太過Modern,缺乏印度或Punjabi 元素,又不斷播放60、70年代嘅英倫流行曲,除咗嘢食之外,基本上覺得自己係英國。睇緊Menu之際,先來杯Tanqueray Gin,嚟到枱上面,侍應用火槍燒一燒杯上面嘅kaffir lime和grapefruit,然後再放入杯裏面,睇得幾開心,飲落都係普通。點嘅每一道菜大致上都好睇好食,有質素,夠份量。最正嘅係lamb chop,真係燒得好好,尤其是燒燶咗嘅邊邊,Butter Naan 略嫌有啲undercooked,欠左一啲口感,最後嘅Sticky Date pudding好有水準,我唔係太過有好甜品都覺得真係唔錯。成晚嘅服務都好好,兩個經理都有過嚟打招呼,佢哋對所有嘅products都瞭如指掌,連牆上面嘅藝術品都可以同你一一介紹,令到成餐飯嘅體驗都覺得幾完美。

💥重點💥[泥窯西冷牛肉](Tandoori Beef Sirloin)每位另+$198。我認為絕對值!捧上餐檯的一剎那,牛油香同泥窯味撲鼻而泥,手拿餐刀,切落去,露出燒得剛剛好嘅牛肉,放入口,口感亦出奇地一流。

進食期間店員亦好有耐心地介紹每款菜色,同旁遮普菜嘅歷史,由來。整間餐廳其實唔算大,但每個座位設計非常寬敞(因為要擺放好多碟菜我諗),牆上亦掛有不少當代藝術油畫,可見佈置好有心思👍🏻

ps. 最後呢圖嘅肥佬可以話係呢間餐廳嘅經典打卡位,據店員介紹好似係印度著名嘅相撲手,唔係老闆(笑)
呢間適合平時唔食開印度菜都可以一試,味道唔會太辣,亦唔會太油膩。

Amazing tandoor food, food and service are top notch - have nothing to complain except that it wasn’t exactly easy to book. I wish I have stomach for butter chicken, which I aim to try next time I am here. I cannot get over how flavourful their samosa was, or that amazing naan, or the grilled chicken... to be continued. Compared to Bombay Dreams, I think they are similar standard.

As one of my favourite restaurants, I've wanted to take my family to New Punjab Club for ages! Glad to come as 4 people so that we could order more food 😉Love that they serve seasoned peanuts right after you order. To start, we ordered the Samosa Chaat (a fave) and the Keema Pau (which I unfortunately didn't get to try). Samosa Chaat $148Love this dish! Love this dish! Would get it every time, the samosa is crispy and has a yummy potato filling but it's the sauces and toppings that really make this! Finished off with chickpeas, pomegranate, tamarind sauce, mint sauce and crispy bits. Really fun to eat too.

Even though I don't eat lamb, my family really enjoyed this! They thought it was really flavourful and unique. The buns were nice and soft, toasted in butter -- yum!

Probably the reason why I return here -- it's just that good! Was really surprised that we got the whole collar this time, instead of just two pieces like last time. Definitely value for money, we didn't expect so much meat either, after this came to the table we were worried that we can't finish the rest! The fish itself is super tender, and the marinade tastes amazing after being roasted in the tandoor oven. Don't skip the skin -- that's where all the flavour is. 😍

Tandoori chicken -- a pretty hefty portion and like the fish, the marinade was super flavourful and made tastier after being roasted in the tandoor oven.

Young spinach cooked in spices -- really yum and nothing was overcooked. Turned out to be one of the faves of the night too! A pretty big portion and was surprised by how much I liked it. Didn't expect it to be served like this, thought it would be like a curry for me to eat with the bread though.

Chicken Curry -- a great accompaniment to the two breads we ordered (even though we were too full to eat the bread!). Nothing too special in comparison to the other dishes, this one was milder in flavour but it's great to eat with naan.

Thicker than roti, this naan was really great. Lovely air pockets throughout and crispy in all the right bits.

Nothing too special about this, but this is great as a lighter bread option to mop up the curries. Thinner than naan but doesn't have that fluffy texture like the naan.

They were offering free dessert for their birthday month! Can't remember what flavour this was (popcorn/banana), wasn't carrot like the previous ones. This was really yummy (even know we were too full for this), I love warm desserts with ice cream! Love that they serve extra date syrup on the side too. It wasn't too sweet and a lovely end to the meal. 

If you're looking for a great occasion restaurant, New Punjab Club is a solid choice. The food is always great and really flavourful, but at the same time really unique and you won't get the same Punjabi food experience elsewhere. Highly recommend! 😊

Had our birthday dinner there. Staff were nice and helpful with very good food recommendations. The deco was also very nice and chic. Food is scrumptious with very nice presentation. Samosa was superb, not like the usual one with thick flour skin, this one is a must order food in our opinion. The sauce goes with it was also very yummy. I enjoyed very much dining there, we got our birthday Polaris at the end of our dinner for the birthday celebration. I would definitely go again in the future. Worth trying guys!

📍 沿著蘭桂坊上去就是💰 人均 600幾 慶祝生日一起去了這間「亞洲五十佳」餐廳食飯,同樣也是米芝蓮一星餐廳。餐廳只接受提前book位,直接walk in希望不大。餐廳的裝修已很復古的翠綠色為主,裡面有很多名畫裝點,面積不太大。餐廳的侍應很細心幫我們推薦食物。 咖喱角是非常好吃的一道菜,酸酸辣辣的,同以前刻板印象中的咖喱角太不一樣了,能品嚐出廚師精心創意設計過的一道菜。蝦🦐也是非常好吃,只不過有點辣,但是蝦肉非常新鮮緊實!烤的味道很突出!咖喱其實不應該點的,感覺應該點其他一些創意的旁遮普菜才對,不過也很好吃!Naan充滿黃油香,包住咖喱吃很美味!因為我們午餐吃的很晚,所以不太餓,只點了3道菜➕一個Naan~大家可以參考一下價錢 還有一個插曲就是,我預定的時候把17點想成了晚上7點,以至於侍應在食飯當天打電話過來確認的時候我一臉懵,我一直跟人家強調我定了晚上7點,後來第二天看到郵箱的垃圾郵件才知道是我錯了(餐廳的預定信息很容易被郵箱轉成垃圾郵件,導致我一直未收到郵件)不過幸好當天7點有位子,侍應幫我改成了7點,要不然生日真是要哭死了!感謝侍應!
