Definitely not recommending it. Nomally when you go for a Asia 50 best restaurant, I believe that their service and food should certainly up to a standard. If either one of this element is not up to expectation, we still think that we can balance it out as at least we still have a good time. However, both food quality and service are below service. Fortunately, we are able to make the reservation same day and turns out everything does live up to our expectations.Frog legs meunière is one of their signature starters. When it arrives, we are so surprised by the size of the frog legs. 這餐晚飯可以用無與輪比來到形容！每個菜式不論味道和賣相都十分只人滿意。餐廳的小菜都鼓勵已分享形式來享用，所以我决定點了四個小菜式。頭盤新鮮生蠔配泰式辣汁，生蠔內沒有碎殼，而且還完美地保存了海水，證明開蠔的師傅的實力。法式田雞腳把田雞酥炸後放進香牛油內，令到炸田雞多帶一點堅果香。牛骨髓野生蘑菇意大利飯更採用了 陳年意大利飯作材料，令到飯粒的質地更加飽滿，增加飯香，如果多一點調味就更加好。牛腹肉更是整個晚上的焦點！從來沒有品嘗過這麼重牛肉味和肉質鮮嫩的牛扒！別忘了和旁邊的慢煮蒜頭一併品嚐，你會體驗到最意想不到的甜蒜香。如此佳餚怎能不配上美酒一支？Viognier 白酒的花香正好中和各菜式的油膩感，更提升了生蠔的味道。朱古力甜品雖然不會過甜但可可味道有點重，法式可麗露味道十分有趣，好像竹蔗水似的。 這一切一切都令人回味，不愧名列在亞洲50大餐廳中。有時美好的東西往往不會在大街中找到，但只要你細心留意，幸福很可能就在這麽一個角落中，默默的守侯着你。

手持「亞洲Top50 restaurant」再加朋友誠意推薦 我們二話不說直接訂座隱蔽的程度 沒有迷路的話非常難得我們預約的是六點半根據吃貨朋友推介我們預先點了鹽焗雞飯坐下來加了幾道前菜一邊聊天一邊喝酒一邊吃到步前也在open rice 做了點research 牛舌他他 田雞腿 青椒仔 然後經理再介紹好幾個菜 包括pigeon egg, sour vegetables, 主菜再加了個kinki 魚飯田雞腿和pigeon egg surprised us! 我們encore 再 encore Kinki魚很滑 但跟飯底不是非常夾 最後出場鹽焗雞飯 真是非一般的好吃 皮薄多汁嫩滑的元朗田原雞加上雞什煮的creamy rice 真的超級好吃啊如果不是時間交枱 真的再想來一份雞飯期待再來

第二次來了，之前每個吃過的朋友都向我推薦，加上自帶aisa‘s 50 best restaurants 2018的光環，第一次嘗試後覺得非常喜歡。Fukuoka mochida tomato/white anchovies 番茄沙拉配鳳尾魚，個人覺得鳳尾魚有點畫蛇添足了，不放也許更好。Todays’s special: mushroom and egg. 這道還可以。Frog legs meuniere: 第一次就點了這個，很香很好吃，但是非常的油……Homemade garganelli with spanner crab and sea urchin: 也是之前點過的菜，這道非常好吃，配料很足，也很入味，推薦。Aubrac beef hanger steak with pomme puree: 配菜的土豆泥特別好吃，牛排無功無過。值得一說的是最後附送的甜點味道不錯，可惜是冷的。第二次來沒有上次那麼驚艷了，可能跟點的菜有關，不過餐廳整體氣氛特別棒，下次還是會再來的。

今年登上《亞洲50最佳餐廳》第32位的Neighborhood店子極度隱蔽，藏身於位於中環卑利街的一條小橫巷內。1️⃣Salt Baked Chicken $880 (7.5/10)這個烤雞飯是招牌菜而且必需預訂💡，用上廣東騸雞以海鹽焗後再斬件，與雞腎、雞肝、雞子及羊肚菌一同烹煮。雞皮皮脂清香，肉質結實，略厭不太滑嫩😕！米飯融入了雞油及香料，超級鮮味及creamy😋，飯粒好吃到停不了口🤩！*️⃣Black Truffle $543 (8/10)Truffle來自澳洲，雖不能如意大利的比較，但紋理漂亮清晰，香氣撲鼻👍🏻，個人仍很推薦order！2️⃣Poached Beef Tongue Tartare $168 (6.5/10)牛舌新鮮，牛肉味淡，冇而且無乜dressing好clean略厭唔夠濕潤，整體普通。3️⃣Matsutake $220 (6/10)調味過鹹😥，個人就算中意食菇都覺得一般般。總括黎講我覺得此餐廳有點偏向名大於實。

經朋友帶路所以去左試呢間餐廳。門口位於小巷入面。因為早到左少少，所以book左檯都要稍等一陣。餐廳氣氛不俗，淡黃既燈光，好warm好舒服。而且Staff都十分之有禮貌。餐牌大概以alcohol為主。食物亦會因食材而轉餐牌arugula尚算新鮮，配上芝士可以中和沙律菜既bitterness,口感一流。麵包較硬身。牛肉味較淡，個人認為紅白酒均可配搭。一送到檯面已經聞到香味濃郁，飯既份量夠薄身，加埋啲汁，夠曬入味！唔咸！魚皮香脆魚肉有層次感。雲呢拿味濃！底層有nuts。如自帶酒水可以提早拎去餐廳，餐廳會幫你開定透氣。餐廳面積雖小，但食物有質素。

This place is heavenly! The beef and oyster tartare was simply divine. This french version of tartare showed a perfect combination of savoury and sour, with a hint of sweetness from the oyster.  It was topped with some crunchy fried garlic which does not overpower the taste, but level up the whole tartare. The sea urchin pasta was so creamy and eggy. 這裡的雞飯真係好堅好⋯好⋯好⋯食！食左好多飯。130日嘅騸雞用海鹽焗後再斬件加入雞子，鷄肝，羊肚菌一同烹調出極美味出色一道菜。黑松露雞翼也不錯，僥倖撲鼻的黑松露加上外脆內軟的雞翼很不錯。個人對自家製的肉醤意大利麵十分欣賞。意大利麵是別出心裁的卷著薄薄的粉皮咬感不錯。但份量是偏少了點必要再點！來到這裡盡掃忙碌偷得浮生半日閒。那後花園的舒服自在可呆坐半天任逍遙。加上服務確係貼心，食物水準超高，用心經營。
