今日約左同事同老闆去傾野我地三個人可以叫多啲野食Meats既門口唔太起眼🍴🍴想話黎啤啤佢慢慢傾🍻點知發現呢到個燒烤睇上黎好不得了咁呢到都有啲本地既啤酒🍺🇭🇰裡面環境都好寬敞同埋可以坐去Bar台位置睇住師傅們煮野食由解凍到裝飾食物擺盤等等都可以睇住佢地做非常有趣😂佢地有成隻烤乳豬擺係到🐽❤️🥩Rib eyes $2️⃣5️⃣0️⃣可以揀幾成熟啦個醬係重點有D似燒味既薑蓉同事個塊大塊少少但都差不多🥩🥩🐷Persa $1️⃣8️⃣0️⃣因為本身唔知呢個英文係咩黎所以突登GOOGLE一下先知原來係豬肉🐽見咁得意所以叫左黎試下點知出符意料地好味佢地有放一D黑蒜 好香好嫩口❤️❤️🧀Truffle Mac & Cheese $9️⃣0️⃣🐙Grilled octopus$1️⃣3️⃣0️⃣大推!!!呢個係必點!我地一人一條因為佢唔會烤到好韌加埋檸檬同個醬真係太美妙P.S.這邊需要用英文點餐，Menu也沒有中文的

那天是平日的下午4時50分左右，小編與友人共2人走到這間還未有客人的餐廳裡面，然後男店員說要5點他們才開始營業，因此我們就在外面等候，之後就發生了一連串的服務上的問題。小編與友人在門口附近聊天至5時03分就走入餐廳裡去，然後疑似經理的女店員又跟我們說要10分鐘後左右才正式開始營業，我們就問又要等多10分鐘？不是5點開始營業嗎？然後她就建議我們先在餐廳裡坐著等，那好吧又不是很肚餓只是純粹想找個較少人的地方聊聊天和吃點東西。然後過了幾分鐘女店員就給我們看菜單，然後我們就開始討論着該吃什麼，其間女店員過來問要吃什麼，在5-8分鐘裡共來了3次！第1次是介紹着通常2位客人的話會散點多少個菜式或者可以點他們的套餐；第2次是說有什麼問題可以問她或是可以讓她介紹一下；第3次是問要點什麼菜式和留下一句「你們的用餐時間是1.5個小時」 ！小編在她說這句之前已經深深感覺到是在催促我們快點下單！小編都有等他們2次了，怎麼就不能等等客人呢。再者，當時眼見這剛開始營業的餐廳只有2枱客人，小編是其中1枱，就那麼趕時間嗎？真失望。雖然服務上有問題，但食物還是要介紹一下。剛吃過下午茶的小編和今天還未吃過東西的友人共要了

早一個月去完泰國旅行 約左朋友拎手信俾佢咁岩佢又住中環個頭就相約去Soho 食晚餐一開始竟然落錯單但侍應話係佢地問題 所以free 左俾我地照食 八爪魚味道唔錯好淋 一咬就咬得開汁配有明太子 好夾炸雞勁好食 配合左沙律醬成件事好完美非常中意薯蓉上面有幾塊薯片 味道好出色菲力牛扒 我叫左3成熟一切開裏面有好靚嘅粉紅色黑椒醬唔會太過辣恰到好處阿根廷肉眼一樣係3成熟 食得出肉質好出色配合佢既醬 我覺得兩塊扒都好好味果然不負meats 依個名餐廳既扒類 好出眾 有機會一定會再食🤤🤤

臨時一行五人食飯，朋友提議嚟Meats，一嚟到要等位，本身最憎等位嘅我都冇得揀因為當日係星期六晚到到都好多人所以都無謂轉來轉去啦，就先叫杯酒邊飲邊等。講真其實睇個門面我都不抱太大期望，但係食物竟然比我想像之中好食，價錢亦好合理，所以未試過嘅朋友可以試吓！餐廳非常熱鬧，都幾嘈，好適合一班人聚會飲酒。當晚大部分菜式都係牛肉，本身唔太鍾意食牛肉嘅我覺得beef tartare好味，好開胃。以後有機會再嚟嘅話會試吓單點其他嘢食。

On a recent weekend stopover in Hong Kong, my wife and I stopped in at Meats on Staunton Street in Soho for lunch. The food was great and the service was very friendly and professional. Food is extraordinary amazing! My friend and I order the tasting menu! It is a great deal, totally worth the money we spent. We sat at the bar. It was not the best place to go if you want to sit back and relax but it will be the greatest option if you want to try out different foods and have a spot to chitchat with each other. The vibe there is great, food to order a glass or two pairing with their dishes! Staff are nice too! We definitely would go back anytime soon!

肉食性動物終於找到依歸，店如其名，餐廳有不同種類做法的肉，簡直是喜歡肉類的褔音。Meats 的裝潢走西式+異國風，店內充滿鏡，令小小的餐廳感覺變得開揚。這天坐了Bar台位置，位置有點小，兩個人還可以，多點食物還真是放不下，我們這天點了黑松露芝士雞扒，端上來的時候看到一片片黑松露隨風舞到己頓感興奮，每吃一啖都聞到黑松露的香氣和芝士的味道。炸雞配上沙律醬也是不錯。然後還點了一個薯蓉，薯蓉打得細滑、味道香濃，啖啖牛油味！正！

Just another Friday night celebrating for weekend, with a nice ambiance for happy hour chats. It's my first time to MEATS, but that was surprisingly wonderful experience.For starters, under the "Small" section in the menu, there is Galician Octopus and Fried Chicken. The portion is a little smaller than I thought, but still a very acceptable price, not to mention the taste were adjusted so well for both starters. The restaurant had a lot of spots available and despite having a reservation made at 7pm for 2 people on a Friday, we were sat right by the washroom. We were also told we had 1.5 hours to dine which was fine, but we were constantly rushed through everything. A server came literally every 5 minutes asking us if we wanted more food or if they could take something away.The food was amazing but the service was bad as they kept rushing us and interrupting our conversations.

週五晚上與夫人及另外兩位友人飯局，友人是soho 區常客揀算了 MEATS 這家肉食餐廳。 外藉服務員先帶到角落小圓枱，友人覺得角落環境不太舒服最後換到門口的半室外的位置。半邊枱位於室外，另外一半屬於室內範圍，感覺好多了。 星期五的晚上，餐廳都座滿了，氣氛熱鬧非常。略嫌餐廳所播的音樂有聲音太大，服務員調較過幾次但分別不大。牛肉簿切 （Beef Fillet) 配傳統 peppercorn sauce，胡椒味配牛肉永遠惹味。 韃靼牛肉 (Beef Tartare), 肉味新鮮。 叫咗兩客 Glasgow Salad, 個名叫沙津其實係薯條，友人們食到停唔到口。 出奇地好味的 Galician Octopus, 肉質爽味道調配適中。稍微遜色的Beef Tataki, 味道比預期清淡。結尾來了一客 有椰香味的 lemon pie 作為生日甜品，亦是本人推介食品。

Overall verdict: I have been to Meats many times for brunch and dinner and the food never disappoints. The coconut lime pie is a must try! 搵食貼士: 唔一定要訂位呢間主打係肉，豬，牛，雞都有。想試好耐，難得嚟蘇豪，一定要試。我叫咗個韓國式的牛扒，用韓式醬醃過，味道比較濃，如果唔太喜歡重口味的朋友唔好點呀！肉的質地好好，好嫩，多汁，但係因為汁太濃，蓋咗肉的味道，有點可惜。薯條好乾身，脆到不得了，唔太膩，唔係炸定等上枱，所以好好食。誠意推介俾各位愛肉之人，最好嘅係不限時，所以如果拍拖嚟嘅話唔使趕住走。仲有選擇多，唔食牛，可以食吓雞同豬，都唔錯呀！如果扒的份量可以大啲啲就好啦！
