We came here for a birthday celebration. At the reception, I wanted to confirm that they were going to write on the plate, the lady was not very friendly. I mean this is a five-star hotel. We ordered an octopus salad, seabass, henry burger, and a tenderloin. The octopus salad was really good (even though the plating looks funny)The burger was good too. The burger was good too. But the seabass was a bit too salty and the cut was really thin so not really juicy. The skin was crunchy tho.

The MOST DISAPPOINTING DISH was the tenderloin. HENRY is famous for its steak...so we expected PERFECTION, especially when the steak cost $988. They recommended medium rare and we asked for medium rare. It was well done on the sides and the middle was 80% cooked.

Sunday lunch is a big disappointment at Henry.Limited drinks... No cocktails.Lunch menu does not offer lambchops or pork chops.Had no choice to order the fried chicken... 整個晚餐 感覺中上 ,感覺價錢偏貴, 價錢幾乎用曬係酒店名氣。當天晚上包了私人房間,但很可惜隔音設施非常之差 ,唯一可以安慰的是 有空間距離,可以較小機會地與其他食客接觸。食物quality 嗎?老實交代:也算好吃, 但這個價錢肯定有很多更好味但更便宜而環境亦佳的選擇。所以我覺得唯一可以支持這個價錢的原因就是他在 rosewood酒店入面吧。 (始終對某些人來說,在社交平台打卡也是有很高價值的。)唯一我個人真心想讚美的就是他的其中一道素食頭盤,除了蔬菜、芝士、 蜂蜜 還有心思,這個我個人覺得應該是給予credit的。

无论从装修,服务,食品质量,Henry 都是赞赞的。waitress 对餐单非常熟悉,而且能讲解出出处和故事。牛肉是一定要尝试的,德州牛排味道浓重,加州rib eye 肉质细腻,软绵,配菜的细节做得很好,pickles 都让我吃光没有放过!酒单也非常不一样,最后选择了宁夏留世的一款红酒,非常惊艳,超出预期,容易入口,搭配牛肉非常适合。因为疫情的关系,我们居然四个人得到一件可以坐8个人的event 房,宽敞私密。what a wonderful night.

新店開張便一直Book位,可能沒有緣份...book左兩次都無位,終於等到今日生日🎂既時間去食~疫情期間,生意并沒有受影響,可說是晚餐仍然人頭湧湧,坐無虛席~~有點意外 同樣有點心安,因為每枱位置都有足夠一米距離.食得安心又放心🤪🤪重點來了,這間餐廳由大女打理的扒房餐廳,顧名思義,成間餐廳食肉人仕的最愛,叫了eye rids,兩個started,兩個side dies ,沒有一碟我喜歡的,食不飽并不是因為細碟,而是太濟,太濟~~~可能期望越大失望越大!我最喜歡是他們餐廳的洋甘菊茶,太開胃了.🥳

牛扒由廚司親自上菜,而side dish 就由侍應上。牛扒肉味濃郁,牛扒邊位有少許燒焦,有獨特的油脂香,油脂分布剛剛好,不會太肥,ribeye cap油脂更香

食牛扒點可以不叫紅酒,我和友人各叫了一杯紅酒,glass wine每日都不一樣,事緣拿了一本薄,手抽了一堆酒名及價錢,然後問我們想飲什麼酒,拿了幾支給我們試,最後我選擇了Duckhorn Napa Merlot 2015,是美國Napa Valley的出品,比較light。友人選了Sokol Blosser Pinot Noir。相比其他食物,紅酒相對比較貴,大約200幾蚊一杯

甜品方面,好幾樣都好多人推介,不過較飽既關係,只點了corn soufflé,未見過餐廳有粟米味的疏乎厘,將雪糕倒入熱辣辣的soufflé內再加焦糖醬,又凍又熱的感覺,值得一試。

食完soufflé個雪糕覺得唔夠喉,想點雪糕,餐廳沒有雪糕,店員特意從另一間rosewood餐廳點一球coffee gelato給我,雪糕用銀色盤裝著,不易溶掉,貼心的表現,而雪糕有濃郁的咖啡味

情人節試新餐廳我們於較早前已經於網上訂位由於我們下班比較晚所以預訂的時間是晚上九點半我們地鐵站步行到香港瑰麗酒店地方不算容易找 但總算找到了早到半小時 侍應先招呼我們到吧枱坐下不到5分鐘就可以入座了服務殷勤 由於是情人節他們特設攝影服務 (包埋ge)所以會先致電問客人及情人姓名相片也頗精緻的每張枱都有一位專屬侍應隔著口罩也是笑容可掬 他是Alfred可以細心介紹餐牌裡的食物如果選擇困難時亦會為客人推介除了前菜的鵝肝我不太喜歡外食物整體高質這裡出名的是熟成牛肉進餐廳前會看見一個製作牛肉的玻璃房我們點了牛腰肉和肉眼都是medium rare 可能是美國餐廳關係 所有份量都比較多而且幾乎每款前菜都有麵包而且十分多自家醬料吃完前菜我已經飽左仲越食越眼訓😅於是試牛肉都試唔真這裡的每份主菜都有3份side dishes(好多野食)牛肉味道較濃不要以為外表一舊炭就以為肉質偏韌肉質還是嫩的~ 甜品說是芝士蛋糕但口感是焦糖燉蛋伴有莓子醬和用酒醃製過的車厘子十分好吃朱古力心太軟醬汁味道exactly 是溶掉的金莎有榛子 有脆脆而最驚喜是朱古力爆炸糖餐後他們會email 問你的意見而且回覆迅速總括而言 整體

隔著口罩也是笑容可掬 他是Alfred
可以細心介紹餐牌裡的食物
如果選擇困難時亦會為客人推介

除了前菜的鵝肝我不太喜歡外
食物整體高質
這裡出名的是熟成牛肉
進餐廳前會看見一個製作牛肉的玻璃房

我們點了牛腰肉和肉眼
都是medium rare
可能是美國餐廳關係
所有份量都比較多
而且幾乎每款前菜都有麵包
而且十分多自家醬料
吃完前菜我已經飽左
仲越食越眼訓😅
於是試牛肉都試唔真

這裡的每份主菜都有3份side dishes
(好多野食)
牛肉味道較濃
不要以為外表一舊炭就以為肉質偏韌
肉質還是嫩的~

甜品
說是芝士蛋糕
但口感是焦糖燉蛋
伴有莓子醬和用酒醃製過的車厘子
十分好吃

朱古力心太軟
醬汁味道exactly 是溶掉的金莎
有榛子 有脆脆
而最驚喜是朱古力爆炸糖

而且回覆迅速

總括而言 整體用餐感覺十分好

Among all starters, beef tartare is truly special. WHAT? raw beef topped by an egg yolk? I can almost feel your skepticism. No worries,

Special applause goes to the Brandt Ranch #Tomahawk. We were salivating just looking at it. It arrived medium rare, juicy and tender. We all cant help for asking extra slices to satisfy 😋. I had 3 slices some even ate 5 slices. Addictive.

To wrap up our meal, we tried a selection of Henry’s indulgent desserts. The baked Alaska with peanut butter ice cream, banana and condensed milk under a flame definitely caught our eyes immediately. I have fallen in its sour kick from the fruit extract. A meal cant be complete without choco dessert. We got hit with the choco fondant coupled with pretzel milk ice cream. Satisfyingly rich and chocolatey!! I even wiped the dish clean with the help of the cake from baked Alaska🤣 You may worry bout taking in too much sugar, just serve yourself a small portion, and savor every bite! 😋

When it comes to smokehouse, there isn't a lot of options in HK. Henry newly opened in Rosewood HK, with a absolute setting and service. Raw Scallop and blue prawn was light and freshing, served with pink pepper, ginger and lime. You can feel the freshness from the scallop and the crunchy texture of the blue prawn.

Cold smoked steak tartare with egg yolk was delicious, you can feel the smoked aroma in the beef tartare balanced with the soft egg yolk like butter texture, which gave it a creamy texture to the smoked beef tartare ! really well balanced dish nothing was too much that took over the beef tartare flavour.

Steak is really their signature here, today we selected two cuts. First is the prime black Angus 90 days aged porterhouse (1.1kg). This is a perfect sharing dish, as this is really big steak.  Yes the dish is served with this amazing flaming to increase the flavour of the steak to add just a little touch ! This special cut was pretty tender and still juicy, with a mild beef aroma.

I personally preferred this Prime wagyu chateaubriand (400g), you can feel the perfect intense beef aroma when you bite on to it. It is tender and soft, probably a better cut for my taste. this was just perfect that you don't need much of any additional sauce.

I love their devilled lobster Mac & Cheese, it was just perfect. its creamy and with chunky lobsters. Also  the texture of the pasta was still chewy ! I will die to come back for this for sure !

How can you end a meal without dessert ? I would say their desserts here is pretty amazing here ! Chocolate fondant with pretzel milk ice cream. The fondant was perfectly cooked, with a soft melting center matched perfectly with the pretzel milk ice cream, a light milky flavour that balance off the sweetness of the chocolate fondant.

Rotisserie pineapple, marshmallow & mango with torilla ice cream, a pretty interesting dessert. The grilled pineapple consists of a natural sweet tone and balanced off with the creamy ice cream and the sweet marshmallow.

Last but not least my favourite item of the entire meal was this corn bread soufflé with bacon ice cream & bourbon caramel. The slightly salted bacon ice cream melted within the soufflé the balanced off from the sweet bourbon caramel. The texture of the souffle was fluffy but since it was made with corn bread you don't loose the chewy texture completely. the well balanced texture increases the overall dish. this was a really surprising dessert that I didn't expect it !

My colleague told me about her excellent experience at Henry with her hubby, but then it was so difficult to get a booking when it first opened.  I shouldn't say that but we got a booking just 3 days ahead due to the coronavirus outbreak.  I was surprised to see that they had full house on a Thu night except nobody sat in the patio.The setting of the restaurant is very much like the other top notch restaurants with a bar area to hang out at the entrance then fine dining area inside.  The ambienc

We were recommended to try the daily special and we debated trying whether to try the bone in rib-eye or striploin infused with whisky.  Finally we decided not to take the adventure and go for the rib-eye.  The 900g portion is indeed quite big for 2 people especially I am not a super meat lover.  The steak was prepared to perfection, a truly medium rare piece.  We ordered 2 side dishes: char corn with parmesan cheese and Kale salad.  Then, we reckoned that the steak comes with a side parsley salad already, oh well, the 2 salads are totally different in style & taste.

We were told that the dessert is not to be missed at Henry.  Not being a dessert fan, I picked the melting chocolate cake with milk icecream (I couldn't remember the name correctly so I just made this up).  This is awesome!  The lava cake is bitter sweet...I love dark choco 
!  There's another dessert that I will definitely try on my next visit - the pineapple xxx

題外話/補充資料: They charge $500 corkage fee for a 750ml bottle and it worth to bring your own wine since their markup is very high. Then, they will waive the corkage fee if you buy a bottle from their wine list...not bad!

HENRY also offers a total of 5 steak sauces, including a Bloody Mary ketchup and a homemaker BBQ sauce but the one that won my heart was the creamy smokey blue béarnaise. The mac and cheese with lobster is really good as well, rich is flavour and texture, though I must admit that the portion is pretty big for a side. We wrap it up with a chocolate fondant with pretzel milk ice cream, it is extremely chocolatey and creamy. All in all, this dining experience has been delightful, very satisfying. The service is on point. 10/10 would recommend and return.
