Recommend by my colleague and found a chance finally with a pretty good deal. Have to cheer up a bit during the pandemic and hv to meet with my friend for her belated birthday treat. Service Excellent service and they will try their best to sort out such as my last minutes request on table next to the ceiling to floor window. My friend arrived pretty late but I recalled Donna and Romer came to me and check out if everything I need. Besides, it seems that their shooting skill has been trained 😜

有friend介紹話呢間嘅Afternoon tea幾好味，就book咗同屋企人慶祝生日一齊食。我哋總共有四個人所以分別叫咗兩個唔同嘅set一個係佢地平時既tea, 另一個係Botanical首先上嘅係兩款曲奇， 加四舊scone曲奇味道唔錯，scone 我見好似係有三款味，原味，蘋果肉桂，芝麻。因為冇影到menu, 唔知有冇錯。佢再配cream 同 果醬，但食落普通😢tea set 有2層既平時regular 果款Botanical 我主要食Botanical 果set, 基本上樣樣野都麻麻地好味，甜食嗰啲仲要勁甜。😞😞而且一開始scone & cookies 份量太多，好快勁飽食唔哂。好彩有用openrice 優惠，唔係真係有d 肉赤。應該唔會再黎食。值得一讚係d 人既服務態度既好。但我一開始已經訂枱時提左有人生日，佢話會有個生日牌，但都冇咗件事😭😭

最近朋友話想去High Tea，所以今日就同佢嚟咗呢間五星級酒店 High 個靚 Tea 😝 酒店好多位置都裝修得幾靚，有啲長斜路位啱哂啲靚女影下相打下卡咁。😝 依家用 Openrice 訂座有七折優惠，餐廳環境唔錯，用上落地大玻璃，空間感又大又舒適，Tea Set 有兩款比你揀，揀咗 “The Murray Afternoon Tea”，Tea Set 包了飲品每人一款，朋友叫咗桃茶，而我就叫咗桂花茶，桃茶香氣撲鼻，而桂花茶則比較清香。Tea Set 未嚟之前，先上傳統的英式鬆餅，鬆餅都有好幾款，味道都唔錯，另外餐廳重提供果醬同奶油，醬汁配上鬆餅超滋味。Tea Set 分咗兩層，上層以甜點為主，有朱古力抹茶蛋糕、銀箔開心果蛋糕、芒果奶凍等等，上層自己就最鐘意食芒果奶凍，芒果肉好甜，而且奶凍入口超嫩滑。而下層以咸點為主，每樣食物都幾有特色同賣相精緻，有鵪鶉蛋糕點、煙三文魚三文治、黃瓜片魚子蛋糕、鮮嫩爽脆既蘆筍小食等等。

nice environment and friendly staffs.ordered hide and seek and you tummy will get very full. the highlight is foie gras terrine! the cookies are slightly sugary.the peach tea and rose beauty helps digestion. we took some photos in and outside as well. there are many people dining in there .apparently, covid 19 doesnt affect garden and loungee.

Garden Lounge環境優美，窗外是聖約翰座堂隨落地玻璃窗映入眼簾，令人心情舒暢。這個下午茶提供了兩層的點心，下層是鹹點，上層是甜點。下午茶套餐還包括了飲品，友人叫了咖啡，我則叫了桂花茶。在下午茶套餐到來之前，放上了傳統的英式鬆餅，醬汁配上鬆餅10分好味。鹹點當中熏製鮭魚卵三文治很好吃。鮭魚子咬下去有海水的味道及魚油的香味。甜品當中，芒果及百香果杯最好味，酸酸甜甜的，很醒胃。我叫的是桂花茶，由於甜品味道較濃，所以掩蓋了茶的味道，有點兒失色，建議叫其他的飲品。

坐落於紅棉路22號美利酒店，有露天位置嘅Garden Lounge絕對係疫情下相對安全嘅下午茶選擇。座位之間非常寬敞，偶爾有風吹過，減少室內人流較多細菌聚集嘅機會。重點係最近推出經典Afternoon Tea Set外的 Hide and Seek Afternoon Tea Set！係咪好靚先？☺️☺️☺️☺️Hide and Seek Tea Set靈感源於酒店高層到訪非洲大地後啟發而成，從鹹點到甜點，細節都在展露非洲平原磅礡的氣色，同埋野生動物種種活力！呢個時間邊度都去唔到，唯有用一個Tea set安慰下自己早已按耐不住想去旅行嘅❤️啦！英式下午茶又點少得scone？仲有杏脯在內好有咬口👍🏼Cream非常幼滑，配上微暖的scone，再呷一口Illy咖啡☕️，幸福感其實來的很簡單。Osmanthus almond Arc 同 Chocolate Charcoal Shortbread Ring好可愛啊！令我想起了聖誕節🎄的裝飾。Personal favourite: 烤菠蘿鵝肝斑馬紋三文治。菠蘿酸味有效化解鵝肝帶來嘅油膩感。對住香港嘅高樓大廈，香港人難免感到壓抑，但可以「在這邊」休閒嘆下午茶，

見到OpenRice訂位有折，於是book左2位去試吓個下午茶，當日去到Garden Lounge門口接待處，企左一陣冇人接待，好彩對面The Tai Pan有個女員工好快見到我哋，馬上過嚟幫手帶我地入去，而我都明確講左透過OpenRice訂咗下午茶2位，個女仔仲好好比埋餐牌問埋飲咩水，之後就交番比Garden Lounge既員工，我哋今日就食2人下午茶，首先來既係2個味道既scone啦，摸上手，凍既？我真係估唔到一間5星級酒店供應既scone會係凍既囉，我平時係普通餐廳食既下午茶都唔會咁離譜，呢間仲要係5星級酒店，2個人分享左一件就冇再食，之後個tea set架來左，其實我有係訂位嗰陣寫左今日係慶祝生日，請求寫生日牌的，可能餐廳員工冇睇到啦，點解？睇到最尾就知，啲咸點還可以啦，甜點我就食左1件冇再食，總結就係唔會再來食，可能其他野食會更好掛，之後埋單啦，佢就計左我原價，咁我當然話番比佢知我用OpenRice訂位應該有折，咁佢就叫我開個app比佢睇，我心諗，你地其實係確認左我個訂座我先來，雖然你呢間所謂5星級酒店連一個confirm booking既電話都冇打過嚟比我，不過幫我埋單嗰位

今日心血來潮想去high tea,見Open rice推介緊 「Hide and Seek」既tea set，當然要去試下一入去waiter既服務態度簡直一流仲非常有耐心介紹menu 抵讚食物貌相吸引同colorful 見到已經心郁郁想食味道方面亦唔錯 做到鬆脆易入口 亦有一種好Fresh既感覺最推薦馬卡龍 脆脆的入口又不膩食物方面亦非常健康，選取麥包、蔬菜類，女士不用擔心食完太肥鹹點甜品一流 忙碌嘅生活下可以寧靜地享用下午茶實在太幸福了

悠閒的午後，到這裏試下午茶，竟有意外驚喜。預訂的位置宜人，在室內對望花園景，伴有教堂及紅棉，令人心情舒展。試了店員介紹的Hide and Seek Tea Set, 斑馬蛋糕內有鵝肝醬，味道令人驚喜。朱古力蛋糕，味道香濃合適。Tea Set 的靈魂是Scone, Clotted cream 味道也很好，值得推介!

環境舒適優雅及精緻美味的下午茶，鹹點和甜點比例非常適中，荔枝茶香濃幼滑，茶具簡約優雅，很適合女生們聚會及談天說地的好地方，服務很親切貼心，會再來光顧午餐或晚餐。

It’s a great afternoon tea with colourful decorations and cozy environment! The service is very good and the food is delicious. We order the hide and seek afternoon set which is in large portion and good for taking photo. It is suggested to come again for the other afternoon tea set.

第一次來 Murray 的，環境舒適。Afternoon Tea 有分 classic 同 hide and seek!點了 Hide and Seek 的Afternoon tea！不但美味， 而且整個Afternoon tea顏色非常豐富 ! 味蕾；眼睛都也在享受！我不太喜歡食鵝肝， 但這裡的鵝肝三文冶做得非常出色 完全食不到鵝肝味 ， 鳳梨的果香 ， 如斑馬紋的麵包 令三文治充滿亞熱帶的味道。咖啡朱古力 十分幼滑， 內里有小脆粒 豐富了口感！咸點跟甜點比較 個人比較喜歡甜點 餐內4款甜點 各俱特色！ 絕對值得一試！

之前食過The Murray Popinjays afternoon tea 覺得唔錯, 今次試下同酒店既Garden Lounge.見open rice做緊下午茶時段全單七折, 問過酒店可以order a la carte menu 都一樣有折, 經apps book完枱再特登打去request outdoor seating, 原來會arrange The Tai Pan 外面既 Cotton Tree Terrace, 即是pets welcome既座位. 去到印象幾好, 負責帶位既小姐好有禮貌, 見同行小童驚驚地隔離枱既大型犬隻, 立即安排另一張枱. 點知坐低就開始出事.首先, 嗰度係户外座位, 枱同凳都有啲落葉同一層薄薄嘅塵, 但侍應完全冇清潔過就直接將餐具放喺枱面, 連用餐巾墊住都冇, 5星酒店黎講, 衛生唔合格.接住, 想搵人斟水 落柯打, 附近得酒吧裡面個bar tender 出左黎招呼緊另一枱客人(有明星既), 等極都冇人server 我呢枱, 一個waiter/waitress 都見唔到!後來有一個應該係宴會部嘅職員, 帶住一對男女似乎係睇wedding場地, 佢見

Not the first time to here but impress with the environment so we paid a visit again. I ordered the lobster soup which taste creamy and smells good. I had a carbonara but it’s a bit too creamy to me, the spaghetti is of appropriate softness which fits my taste. Then we had the Angus rib eyes which is a surprised to us, the best dish of the night. It cooked just to medium and texture of meat is soft and not too fat. Burger is soso but the fries taste good. Lastly we had a champagne which taste go
