I think I have visited Frites for multiple times so I probably could call myself as a loyal customer in the past, but I am not sure if this remains the same after a dinner at the Wan Chai branch. My friend and I were mainly served by your waitress who identified herself as "Julie". Multiple incidents ruined my dining experience. I ordered refill of steak for the first or second time. I waited for around 15 minutes but to no avail. I had to chase your waiter/waitress twice, thereafter I waited f
Multiple incidents ruined my dining experience.
I ordered refill of steak for the first or second time. I waited for around 15 minutes but to no avail. I had to chase your waiter/waitress twice, thereafter I waited for another 10 minutes until my steak arrived.
I then ordered refill again. I waited for 15 minutes again. The guy at the table next to me ordered a refill too, and he got his steak in only 2 minutes, yet I hadn't got mine! I immediately protested and chased your waitress again. I had to wait for another 10 minutes again. Your waitress offered no apology, no explanation, not even a token of feeling regretful for this.
Finally I asked for the bill. Julie took my credit card, and I waited for 10 minutes. When she passed by my table, the guy next to me ask Julie to take a picture for him, where Julie agreed delightedly. That moment I noticed Julie was still holding my card. I asked her if I could sign my bill. She said she hasn't processed the transaction yet, even though I had waited for 10 minutes, even though she had held my card there for no reason, and even though she had spare times to help another customer to take pictures.
This is insane. Your staff deliberately kept me waiting for multiple occasions. It is not a single off incident. Somehow it seems to me that your staff discriminated my friend and I without any justification.
With such pathetic experience, I doubt if I would ever return again.
