I can still book a table at last minute on Friday nite. With more office opening up, that will get worse.My wife & I tried out 5 (I think) tapas. The scallop one is worth trying. Otherwise, I would say they can serve things a bit hotter. Especially for some one like me who usually like things lukewarm.

Selecting a place in Elements is not easy as there are variety of choices. Restaurants with small dishes will be the best for a dinner just consists of 2 people. Hence, I have selected Tapas. The weather is raining and cold, we are seated inside the restaurant sofa's area with a small table. We have selected 3 dishes, 2 of which are the Chef's recommendation in the menu: Orange chicken and potato cake. We selected orange chicken cause chicken is my friends favorite. Selecting a place in Elements is not easy as there are variety of choices. Restaurants with small dishes will be the best for a dinner just consists of 2 people. Hence, I have selected Tapas.

The weather is raining and cold, we are seated inside the restaurant sofa's area with a small table. We have selected 3 dishes, 2 of which are the Chef's recommendation in the menu: Orange chicken and potato cake. We selected orange chicken cause chicken is my friends favorite. This dish of orange chicken is pretty small, while the taste is just acceptable. The second dish is potato cake, is yummy and hot, very suitable for the cold weather.
The last dish is clam in creamy white wine sauce, this dish worth for over HKD200. The clam is in good quality, fresh and big, serving in a big pot. The creamy white wine sauce taste good and not rich at all. We reordered some grilled bread for the sauce, it was a perfect match.
The service of the restaurant is good, the waitresses are nice. However, the table should be bigger. In general, I will go there again.

7:00pm預約座位, 到了之後是第一組客人.點的全是主廚推薦的菜. 10分後來了第一道蜜瓜火腿芝士沙律, 好吃. 兩個人太多了. 又過了20分鐘,第二道菜還不來. 不是推薦菜嗎? 應該做的很快吧. 欸? 第二組進來客人已經上了兩道菜了, 我們的呢? 催的之後整整離離第一道菜有半個多小時,離譜吧!來了蘑菇蝦串, 味道普通. 另一個是橘汁雞塊(忘了名字,但是signatured的),哇! 星期四的lunch hour, 一如預期的"靜"(全場由頭至尾共有5檯客), 沒有lunch set, 朋友宿醉未醒要喝熱湯解酒, 點了番茄海鮮濃湯$220?, 我愛吃薯仔, 點了薯仔餅$60?, 待應提醒再點一個便很足夠, 便聽她的意見點多一個蜜瓜火腿芝士沙律$110.未上菜前先上麵包, 麵包可以但橄欖油和醋是劣質貨色.蜜瓜火腿芝士沙律: 半個哈密瓜挖空個器皿, 很美觀, 蜜瓜甜, 雅枝竹也美味, 火腿太薄太碎, 芝士非常"芝士", dressing有點油但美道不錯, 但肯定要3至4人分亨才吃得完薯仔餅:原來係薯仔洋蔥西班牙香腸蛋餅, 我點的時間還以為係薯絲餅(係bor, 西班牙係食蛋餅, 德國先係薯絲餅bor), 不過係薯仔我都鍾意食架啦, 而且煎得很好, 外脆內嫩, again, 係3-4人分量(不要小看小小一個圓形, 雞蛋加薯仔係好飽的組合)番茄海鮮濃湯: 主角登場, 侍應上菜前先問要整鍋上還是盛開, 天寒地凍當然整鍋上啦, 果然從廚房端出一瓷鍋(之後在threesixty 見到要$2xxx架), 材料有蝦, 魷魚鬚(??), 吊桶仔等急凍死左3年的貨色, 及較新鮮的魚肉, 帶

涼伴燒茄子燈籠椒沙律- 呢個味道都幾好,茄子好入味!

菠菜炒香腸- 香腸幾好味,不過都係少少咸,送酒會好啲!!!

西班牙鄉村風味臘腸薯仔餅- 睇個汁好嚇人,不過我地清哂啲汁先開始分. 十分之好味呀!!! 個個都讚不絕口. 薯仔蓉質感唔錯,再有少少臘腸都幾好食!!!

西班牙香腸炒墨魚圈- 呢個都唔錯,又係個汁好正!

西班牙臘腸炒茄汁長通粉- 呢個份量好夠,味道都係臘腸味重,開始食得太多臘腸有啲咸!!!

甜品- creme brulee 好液體,但味道都幾好.

quince paste with manchego cheese - 幾得意,好甜嘅好似山楂味嘅糕配芝士都幾夾!!

又估佢唔到,我地七位靚女,飲熱檸茶,檸水,加食物只不過係位位$150.

最難頂就係其中一個年青男侍應,叫佢幫我地影相,都未企好,未望鏡頭,已經好快數一二三就影咗. 最後咪又係要影過,咁唔耐煩做呢行真係唔啱佢,佢服務我地都好唔耐煩架喇. 仲要幾次坐係度講電話都唔理我地. 反而另一位女侍應好有笑容,好好禮貌. 早啲炒佢唔好影響間餐廳喇!!!!

I went el pomposo with my wife and 3 kids, we have tried quite a few dishes, including mixed spanish ham and sausage platter, black mussel with cream white wine sauce, penne with tomato and chorizo and other few tapas which i have forgot the name already. At first I have no clues of what to order, than i got this girl, round face very nice and sincere girl with big necklace, I believe she is the manager, i have asked her at least about 10 dishes, she explained to me very well and quite patienc

how it goes first as only 2 adults and 3 kids, luckily I listened to the adivse, as in the end we have to pack the left over food. Ususally the restaurant staff always upsell and push you order more but in there they didn''t do so which make my wife and i appreciated their service and food more. The food wise, their recommandations are good, however the plate and board are too big and table are too small, it not like the tapas I had in Spain.
The best dish i think is the black mussel the worst is chorizo penne, I think it can be more creative it's quite boring and tastless compare with other food. So the black mussel and orange chicken I'll order next time.

Me and friends went to this restaurant last week to celebrate her birthday, ambient of the restaurant was quite nice and the service was acceptable. However, the food they served was just a bit limited. The Tapas we ordered were ok, I will not say good. The first disappointment was that they didn't have the typical Spanish Seafood Rice which we can get at most of the Spanish restaurant. The greatest disasppointment was that the manager told us we needed to pay HK$200 if we were to eat the birthday cake in the restaurant (which was passed to them when we arrived) at the end of the dinner. We were very shocked and surprised as we were not being informed of this when we made the reservation nor when we first asked them to chill the birthday cake. We were going to argue with the manager (a lady) but she was rather unfriendly and to us, pretty rude. Needless to say, we went home very disappointed and unhappy. A hapy occassion turned into a disaster. Honestly speaking, if you want to try out the new Tapas or Spanish restaurant, go somewhere else instead of this restaurant. Not worth a penny!!!

At the civic centre there are many restaurants.Difficult to choose cos the number of ratings still very low.By chance, we wandered into here after shopping.We ordered some tapas, melon salad, and mash potato cake.One sangria too.Tapas were tasty , but quite expensive for their size!I knew they are dim-sum sized but not that small...However, the items become progressively increasing in size with we 3 people barely able to finish the potato cake.The sangria had no red wine taste at all. 朋友book 左9pm 2 位, 我地8:50pm 到, 個服務員話: "哎喲, 9 點呀, oh, 而家未到9 點喎, 不如你地行下先啦" (一路講, 一路望下裡面座位). P.S. 佢無問我地留咩名; 餐廳門口有張檯無人; 我地book 時話坐裡面. fine, 我地去行一行, 到9 點番黎. 門口無人, 又等(其實呢個情況下, 走得la) 一心想食西班牙野(仲諗好食咩), 附近亦無其它選擇, 等…同一個服務員終於見到我地, 話唔好意思, 以為9點有人埋單, 但仲未有喎. ??!!P.S. 同一時間, 有2 個人話book 8:30pm, 服務員帶佢地坐餐廳門口張檯(一路無人既檯). 另外, 有2 pair 人無book 位, 一齊等..服務員話唔好意思, 叫我地坐住bar 檯, 請我地飲野. 我地坐bar 檯等, 見到裡面有2張檯埋單, 緊接住, 無book 位既2 pair坐入去.????我地問服務員, 佢話“哎喲, 唔好意思, 可能搞錯左呀. 我請你地飲野呀”(呢個時候先幫我地落order ).. 再等, 飲品剛到, 亦有人埋單, 終於有我地既檯.講番野食, 試左一心諗住試既

fine, 我地去行一行, 到9 點番黎. 門口無人, 又等(其實呢個情況下, 走得la) 一心想食西班牙野(仲諗好食咩), 附近亦無其它選擇, 等…

同一個服務員終於見到我地, 話唔好意思, 以為9點有人埋單, 但仲未有喎. ??!!

P.S. 同一時間, 有2 個人話book 8:30pm, 服務員帶佢地坐餐廳門口張檯(一路無人既檯). 另外, 有2 pair 人無book 位, 一齊等..

服務員話唔好意思, 叫我地坐住bar 檯, 請我地飲野. 我地坐bar 檯等, 見到裡面有2張檯埋單, 緊接住, 無book 位既2 pair坐入去.

我地問服務員, 佢話“哎喲, 唔好意思, 可能搞錯左呀. 我請你地飲野呀”(呢個時候先幫我地落order ).. 再等, 飲品剛到, 亦有人埋單, 終於有我地既檯.

講番野食, 試左一心諗住試既:-
- Red wine with fresh berry: 裡面有粒粒blackcurrant, raspberry, blueberry, & 碎strawberry. 酸酸地, 朋友話葯水味, 但我一向鍾意呢種berry 味, 幾好.
- White wine with apple & grapes: 好香apple 味, 比較清, 酒味亦香. 飲完先食grapes, d grapes 吸晒white wine 味. 好味.
- Fig with cheese & ham. Cheese 係比較濃味既cheese, 細細塊, 配合清新微酸fig. 最鍾意呢碟.
- Stuffed dates with ham: 呢碟既ham係好濃味既, 包住勁甜既棗. 幾特別.
- Clam with ham & sherry: 呢碟既ham 一粒粒, 有d 似臘腸/ 金華火腿. 好多clam, 帶啖啖酒香.
- Tomato Grill Bread: 叫黎點clam 剩餘既汁. 包個質地好重身, grill 過但唔硬, 中間有水份, 食到有香味, 但唔係好tomato, 係好味既, 亦好有grill 既濃味.

坐好後, 食野其間服務正常.

座落在九龍站平台, 有非常闊的門口. 坐在門口面對花園平台, 涼涼地幾舒服. 現在人流不多, 而幾適合朋友摸酒杯底傾計. 菲藉侍應既服務都幾熱誠, 態度好好.杯裝香檳唔貴, 但味道都唔太差. Sangria 都大約$65一杯, 味道過得去啦.要了兩個tapas, 比起傳統的tapas 都算大碟, 價錢大約5x - 9x 一碟左右, 算幾合理. 可以再試.

Since ICC hasn't been occupied, the bars on the rooftop of elements are a quiet place to gather for a drink w/o a noisy crowd or the need to wait for a table, so I am enjoying the next few months of such ambience. I went for a drink there after dinner and the service was good. The drink was a nice sweet cocktail and the seats were comfortable. I would return for drinks...though it would be better if they widen their drink selections

"送俾你地啦!"Waiter黑面發脾氣轉身走。

真係離晒譜!一個咁高檔既shopping mall,一間好似好高級既餐廳,d服務居然係咁差!

1) 食物供應唔足夠(7點幾已經有咁多野sold out),好多檯客都黑面離場。

2) Waiter黑面發脾氣。

3) 餐廳居然無禁煙,但又唔劃分開吸煙同非吸煙區。

4) 門口居然無set reception又無Menu,想睇下有咩食都唔得!


結果埋單後,又要轉場去另一度食過。SHIT!
