I’m a huge fan of Oyster Ramen these days😍and I found this interesting French Fine Dining restaurant that do Ramen for lunch😋I don’t know if their Ramen was western influence(I guess they are!?), cos the broth tasted a bit like cream chowder and I don’t usually see Asparagus and Baby Corn in Ramen…at least I’ve not seen it in HK😅but this Chowder Ramen…me love😍😍😍Not only I like the soup, the slow cooked chicken was also very tender and yummy and the other sides matched with the whole dish too. I’m definitely coming back for their White Chicken Ramen😋Given that it isn’t the traditional ramen you get but I really appreciate their creativity😊and I reckon HK need more restaurants like that😊

《De Sang Bleu》鹽味清雞湯🐓拉麵🍜📍西環石塘咀加倫臺8-16號嘉利大廈地下A號舖我真係有d新手運,第一次去麦先,冇check 社交平台但佢有開,第一次食屯門道,只係排左20分鐘。而呢間看似多數會摸門釘嘅店,又係第一次都有開,直入唔駛排隊。以小弟有限嘅見識,响香港,似乎白濁湯比清湯拉麵會比較受大眾歡迎,好似雞白湯,豚骨湯都係主流中嘅主流。白濁湯更能帶比人幸福感,而清湯則更能帶比人高雅感。至於選擇醬油味或鹽味,似乎醬油會更受歡迎,不過個人口味,我認為鹽味更能食到湯底嘅底蘊,更清楚地感受到廚師落左嘅心機,所以我就揀左《鹽味清雞湯🐓拉麵🍜》,希望第一次食就摸清個"底"。《鹽味清雞湯🐓拉麵🍜》呢碗麵嘅湯,鹹,甜,香,鮮,齊晒章,令我相當的驚艷。香味 (5/5)先講香味,主要係雞油香味同蔥味,而雞香味行先,再蔥味。睇返碗麵嘅結構,佢加左乾蔥,白蔥,同青蔥,而佢地並不霸道,而三種蔥處理得洽到好處,唔會有蔥嘅辛辣味,安份地做配角冇搶到雞香味。湯 (5/5)湯色比一般食到嘅雞鹽湯稍為深色少少,呈淺啡色。雞嘅鮮味非常濃郁又自然,甚至乎係我食過嘅鹽雞湯中味道最出色。甜度同鹹度方面,清甜夠力又唔會過龍,剛剛好找到了最平衡嘅甜蜜點。麵條 (3/5)中細麵,爽彈,麵味正常,配呢個湯算夾,不過麵就比唔到咩深刻印象我,中規中矩啦。配料 (3.5/5)雞叉燒方面,並沒有驚喜。佢只係嫩,但雞鮮味並不強。而一個最大記憶點係粒番茄仔。爆汁可能係基本款,味道充滿住梅酒嘅味道,重重的打擊左我味蕾一下,我心入面嘩左一聲。不過我諗如果唔好酒嘅朋友要注意,因為佢稍稍帶苦味,正正係酒嘅苦味。其化配料,珍珠筍,露筍,南瓜,溏心蛋,都係正常發揮。最後梗係完食啦,唔夠皮添!整體 - 值得推薦 👍👍👍👍呢間店絕對有成為人氣店嘅特質,而地理位置正正因為比較偏僻,令人有一種要特登去探一探嘅心理加持。

身經外賣平台落單係因為佢有折,去到攞餐時,驚見原來係新餐廳,裝修好新,正門有啲隱蔽,但係左手邊側門行入去有露天後花園咁樣嘅chill area 。室內行有格調高檔、典雅西餐廳路線,雖然我係買咗外賣,但係嗰刻都有啲想坐低食嘅感覺。返到屋企打開外賣,食品一絲不苟,野菜每樣都有分開調味過、燒烤過,仲有酒釀蕃茄,好驚喜!雞肉好滑,麵有口感,略嫌湯鹹左少少。差唔多食晒先記得影相。最後打開睇埋袋底,先知道原來店家仲送咗試食裝蒜蓉多士。四面都焗脆晒嘅多士上面放咗紫菜,有日式新食感!
