🥰 年卅晚市面人山人海, 團年飯揀咗冷門嘅印度菜 Chutney. 室內裝修走中高檔路線, 靠窗座位好猛太陽, 搞唔掂. 點咗午市套餐, $218+10%. 包括頭盤, 主菜, 甜品.🤗 Chutney. 呢幾兜嘢就係叫 Chutney, 印度沾醬, 長知識. 黃色果兜係蘋果味, 有趣!🥖 Papadam. 印度炸薄餅, 唔夠乾身喎.🥨 Tandoori Tangdi Kebab. 又惹味, 又嫩滑, 出色!🤗 Keema Pav. 基本上係㗎喱醬, 加鵪鶉蛋, 配多士, 一絕!🐥 Chutney Butter Chicken. 好似爭咗少少嘢, 普通.🐂 Beef Goli Kebab Masala. 瑪莎拉味, 調味略鹹, 蕃茄薑味唔明顯, 欠複雜性. 最後発現撈埋 Butter Chicken 一齊食效果不俗.🍯 Dessert. 少似 “角仔” 嘅餡料, 唔會太甜, 誠意之作.🤗 總結: 菜式選擇多, 但咖喱味道普通, 服務冇溫度, 定價中高檔, 有緣再見.

邊坐在窗前欣賞大館美景 一邊吃宮廷風印度菜很久沒來 餐牌有點不一樣了主廚在國際五星知名酒店任職多年因此chutney 一直的口碑也很好工作日的中午基本上都是座無虛席。前菜:餐前提供印度脆片,特別喜歡菠蘿醬和薄荷醬.頭盤擺盤超級美!前菜可選清新的沙律,加上蝦仁、石榴、提子-這裡的naan 用上傳統方法烤製窯爐火力強 烤出的效果更佳同樣可以鎖住肉類的肉汁,設備上花上重本,和一般印度餐廳不一樣,每道菜都好吃。Butter chicken 🍗 每一次都會吃 奶油雞肉濃郁滑朋友第一次吃印度菜也覺得很驚喜肉質非常多汁 !在其他地方吃不到.Naan 由廚師新鮮製作 還有大蒜口味和牛油香味,烤得很脆很香,best!要數這裡好好吃的菜式 真的有好多Keema pav 的咖喱羊肉碎,配上牛油小麵包!羊肉好香 香料很夾,雖然今次沒有吃,但也也很推薦!很多人都知道印度芒果非常甜口感也細緻 mango lassi 有酸酸甜甜的乳酪有異國色彩的傳統印度甜品.真的不太甜 有點甜薯的香味!

中環大館附近有一間以金黃色宮殿復古裝修嘅印度餐廳。Mango lassi印度傳統酸奶,有多種唔同嘅味道,例如芒果,原味,鹹味等等。我就選擇咗芒果味,酸酸甜甜超解辣!Raj Kachori Mix Chaat, Mint Chutney, Tamarind Sauce & Yogurt雜鍋脆餅薄荷酸辣醬、羅望子醬、乳酪。外型好似一個波波,切開入邊係好豐富嘅水果,配上咁多種唔同嘅醬料,集合了甜酸鹹辣味,口感豐富。Lamb Chop Pepper Masala Charred Grass Fed Lamb Chops with indianEarthy Spices Gravy烤羊架 澳洲羊架,番茄、薄荷酸辣醬肉質超嫩滑,外層烤至微焦,肉汁好Juicy,可以點上附送嘅醬料享用,或者吱上青檸汁Chicken Tikka Masala香辣咖哩雞,湯底用上咗大量嘅洋蔥同埋蔬菜,所以有種清甜嘅味道👅。Truffle and cheese Naan🫓 芝士黑松露烤餅,黑松露味道香濃。

🍽️Tandoori Cauliflower 烤原個椰菜花配紅菜頭醬汁,份量十足,甜甜地嘅紅菜頭醬汁同椰菜花好夾,味道清清地。🍽️Samosa Chaat 印度特色嘅咖哩角點可以唔叫!差唔多每枱必點,餡料釀入咖喱薯蓉豆餡,咖喱味唔會好出,旁邊再配埋其他豆蓉同Yogurt嘅醬料,酸酸地同咖哩角好夾!🍽️Chicken Makhani以雞肉為主配上淡淡印度香料的奶油咖哩,口感creamy,咖喱食落甜、香、唔辣,更帶點番茄的味道!雞肉就帶有炭香味,🍽️Tandoori Roti下單後即叫即製,廚師會即刻手拉麪糰放入特製烤爐焗製,口感煙韌,感覺好似食緊sour dough咁,沾埋咖喱一齊食味道層次更豐富!Roti份量唔少,2個人都食到好飽下。🍹Mango Lassi芒果味嘅yogurt drink,味道唔假,如果凍啲反而更正!🍹Chutney’s Iced Tea飲落帶點水果茶味道~

Chutney is a restaurant of great food, high class service, with a lovely atmosphere. The curries were great as expected of great Indian cuisine, but the star of the show were the tandoori plates. The tandoori octopus gave a surprising texture, non-chewy, tender, and juicy. Great appetizer. Additionally, the tandoori lamb chops were thick and juicy while still being heavenly spiced and roasted perfectly. Dipped in sauce, it is one of the best meats I've tasted.The service was quick and graceful. Even after a last-minute change from a reservation of 4 to 5, the service staff handled it well. A level of professionalism can be seen from the staff. Unfortunately, the aesthetics of the dinner was partly ruined by the interior design. Don't get me wrong, the design is modern and sleek, but keeps a rustic, authentic Indian vibe. I especially love the way they designed the washroom entrance. However, the cement dome roof caused all conversations in the restaurant to be amplified, making it hard to hear what the person across the table was saying. Some well-hidden sound dampening patches will complete the excellent atmosphere they have going.
