I came here last Friday with a friend for lunch. Tried to get a reservatiom two days ago but it was fully booked! the friendly staff on the phone suggested us to be there by 12 so we can have a chance to be accepted as walk-ins. we arrived at 12:15! but still managed to get a table. however we could only keep the table til 1:30pm.. so that's really a bummer :/ this place is located on the second floor. 假日兩點幾嚟到灣仔食個late lunch,地點都好方便,沿住太古城星街出口就見到.雖然係二樓，但成座building裝修得型格,黑色加上大大嘅落地玻璃，好易揾.平日就有set,假日就要散叫. 漢堡係fast food,但係哩到你可以優閒咁傾下計，食漢堡.由於坐到窗邊位，係樓上望住下面嘅途人都幾有居高臨下嘅感覺. 叫左兩個burgers share,另外再加多左個炸蕃薯條同vanila milk shake. 杯milk shake好甜,質感就好似食緊雪糕咁,飲完會好流 .漢堡可以揀肉熟嘅程度，照顧到不同客人嘅喜好.Classic burger要左medium,夠牛肉好厚，至少有3cm,咬落真係啖啖肉，食得出漢堡係用左靚牛肉整嘅！ d芝士唔會太濃味，食完都唔會好濟.加入幾片酸瓜,酸酸地,中和下. Black pepper burger 叫左medium rare,哩個嘅肉質軟d,咬落去更好口感,medium肉質會實d. 食到好香嘅黑椒味,d黑椒洋葱汁味道好濃好惹味,黑椒加牛肉果然係無得輸嘅組合,加埋火箭菜，一口咬個漢堡,好滿足呀！食食下都幾辣下.本來以為個包唔係好大,但食完個包都幾飽下

這家漢堡店很寛躺，環境舒服，適合和朋友gathering聊天說地。食物呢，先講那杯lemonade，這是唯一失望的。感覺有點奇怪，要另外加糖水，也不很好喝。。。有點無奈。但漢堡呢，我給個like! 好吃喔～ 我挑的是羊肉的，一點都不騷啊！肉也很juicy! 好吃！我們也另外加了番薯條，也好吃，比薯條甜一點的！好味！

好久兩仔爺沒有一同出去吃東西了。今天選擇來到金鐘灣仔一帶，摸上去一間位處於二樓的漢堡包店，一人來一份burger set，算是滿足了我倆吃大啖肉的慾望....這間"Beef and Liberty"的店子，在平常星期一至五午飯時段，若然不早點來的話便儘要碰釘子。幸好店子很貼心的在她的專頁內可以進行網上訂座，只要click幾下便可簡單完成....這樣就可乾手淨腳永無後顧之憂的不用擔心要撞版了....餐牌就只得兩頁紙，十分的簡單易明，而且又一早已上載至她的網頁中。故此在未來之前，自己已老早知道要叫甚麼吃....在吃大量肉及煎炸食物之先，就先來一個大大份的雜菜沙律去中和一下.....味的確十分的清淡，原因在於調味醬汁就只有一點點的橄欖油及醋而已，是充份能嚐得出菜蔬的原味。在這情況下，好吃的關鍵當然在蔬菜的鮮度了。幸好這裡所用的菜算是蠻綠油油的甚為新鮮。對個人的口味而言若然醬汁及欖油可以再下重手一些的話就更好 (現在則給人有點像在吃一堆乾乾的雜草一般，似在牛食草的模樣呢)。小友最愛的則並非身為主角的菜葉而是灑在菜上的那撮脆卜卜的果仁碎....再一次讚下店的貼心，為小朋友們設計了一個份量剛好合小

雖然我平時唔好burger 但都來到 Beef and Liberty 試下 我點了薯條及Green Pepper Burger, 而我朋友她點了Black Pepper Burger 其實我的Green Pepper己經好好味了 但她的black pepper很出色 好香黑椒味！下次我要識揀呢！呢個burger 我點了medium rare! 係真的medium, 唔係平時果d 你叫佢medium rare變左medium done! 好滿意另外 我都點左呢個薯條 對！我係鐘意食chips而唔係fries 呢個好好味！個dip都好好味 但點解 點解我無試下佢個sweet potato chips!!!!!唉 唯有下次啦

I have heard so much talk about this place having the best burgers that I have been wanting to go for a while but haven't had the chance until now.We couldn't find the entrance at first, though we could clearly see the restaurant. Beef & Liberty We finally got to try B&F, said to be one of the best burgers in town. I would say the classic is standard and so as the cheese and bacon. The lamb shines itself with it’s juiciness and of course the taste of lamb (Lamb lover here!). I particular love the bread! AND the mint tea is a big bonus! They have REAL mint tea here, it’s as good as the one you would get in Amsterdam!
