自己一個行完大館，在附近找個地方食個lunch，沿行人天橋同扶手電梯，行到上士丹頓街，見到此店外牆好吸引，不禁過去打張卡，順便食埋個lunch見到相同廣告牌，估計此店應該以玫瑰花造型作主題入到黎好舒服，好似去咗外國啲coffee shop這裡的主食以toast為主，不過我叫左個home made pasta，今日嘅係Chicken cream pasta，見到chef好用心做，因為pasta似係自家製，非常Al Dente，而cream sauce沾滿了每條意粉，味道已經好好，再配埋另外煮和調味的雞肉，味道再提升Rose latte-很香rose味道，與咖啡香完美結合，奶泡打得好滑，不用加糖，已有甜味，甜味剛好，而且拉花也是玫瑰造型，貫徹主題見到牆上呢句說話，覺得既然開始時飲左杯好味嘅咖啡，臨走時應該試埋佢個gelatoHomecrafted  Gelato  Rose  (XL)-可揀三種口味，造型一流，係一朵好有顏色層次嘅玫瑰花，三種口味是內層紫色的薰衣草，中層粉紅色的玫瑰味，還有外層淺粉紅色的桃味！Gelato口味軟滑口味方面，佢總合有十款，選擇頗多下次要帶女朋友再來送一朵‘玫瑰

今日就一個人喺中環蘇豪區食個午餐, 慢活一下, 呢間cafe, 可以望住出面, 打開窗, 陽光透射入嚟, 空氣特別清新怡人, 坐得都幾舒服主打西式咖啡、輕食及甜品;叫咗個輕食, 就係一份薄脆麵包再加蛋, 麵包加左香草, 咬落去脆卜卜, 香草嘅味道十分吸引, 另外蛋煎得好香, 佢嘅蛋黃心流出嚟, 再夾麵包 齊食, 非常滋味另外飲杯蝶豆花嘅凍飲, 紫色顏色非常之特別, 再加咗橙乾 一齊飲, 香甜嘅橙味, 再加 蝶豆花嘅清香, 百感交集再食個玫瑰花瓣GALATO, 呈淡粉紅色;雪糕甜度較輕，帶來味覺及視覺享受。

今日下午約了客人在上環，所以自己早一點到中環享受一個人的me time。除了gelato之外，還有輕食和咖啡，可以chill一個上午時間。BAR台的位置，可以望出中環的街道。*Avocado Toast with Dukkah ($110)這是我見過造型最浮誇的牛油果多士；鮮艷的紅色和綠色更加引起我的食慾；紅色的醬是甜菜X鷹嘴豆醬，超幼滑，我想不吃紅菜頭的人都會愛上；牛油果放到好似玫瑰一樣，而且剛剛好的熟，口感軟軟的；加上用上開心果碎、芝麻和鹽調味，整體都很fresh；酸種多士很香脆。*Handcraft gelato rose (3 flavours )($78)來到這裡如果不試一下玫瑰花gelato就真的很浪費了；我選了三個口味：薰衣草、 玫瑰和開心果；在配色和味道都貼心地放好了；先吃最淡的開心果味，它只是相對地較淡，但是開心果味很香；第二層吃到的就是薰衣草味，是很令人放鬆的味道；最後一層是玫瑰，想不到玫瑰味是最濃的一款；整體都不會太甜；不過要打卡的朋友留意一下，gelato比較軟身，是很快溶的，所以要盡快食喔！*Lavender Latte ($40)享受me time又怎會少了

中上環一帶都有著許多小型咖啡店，這次誤打誤撞入了其一間，剛巧過了午飯時段，沒什麼人流。餐廳主要供應麵包等輕食類，更有售賣意大利雪糕。點了Avocado Toast with poached eggs及Macchiato。大概等了差不多十分鐘，食物便送到客人的檯上。Avocado Toast with poached eggs食物賣相不錯，所用的食材目了然，只用了簡單的鹽、胡椒調味，卻吃得出一份簡單的美味。Macchiato小小的一杯，整體偏酸，入口甘甘的，小嚐一口已十分提神。臨走前點了Gelato，雪糕以花瓣形狀砌成，外型十分吸引，點了玫瑰味及檸檬味雪葩，味道酸甜酸甜的，十分清爽，在悶熱的天氣吃最好不過。就這樣消磨了一個下午， 十分寫意。會再來光顧的！

哩間cafe無論係內外環境定食物都好岩打卡📸佢地嘅招牌係rose gelato🌹小編揀左玫瑰、雲尼拿同埋薰衣草味3隻色加埋朵花靚到唔捨得食🥰而且飲品入面都可以加gelato🍦Floating rose小編要左開心果味估唔到同iced coffee嘅味咁夾好好飲👍🏻另外佢地brunch嘅選擇都幾多今次試左個everything toast🥪入面有cream cheese、牛油果同煙三文魚雖然整體價錢偏貴但真係好好食😋

其實中環呢間響正扶手電梯隔離嘅Cafe都開咗好一段時間，幾年前響囍帖街開舖果陣已經好想試，今次經過又見天氣咁熱就順便去朝聖一下玫瑰雪糕可以揀一到三種口味，愈多口味當然就愈靚啦，揀咗芒果/士多啤梨/薰衣草，完全係視覺先決，話說呢度嘅生果口味都係不含奶，所以比較易溶，但論幼滑度都是一樣，而且生果味仲好出眾添，可以話係有姿勢有實際搬咗去中環有埋廚房嘅關係，除咗雪糕之外仲有埋熟食提供，佢地整花真係有一手，除咗雪糕花之外仲有牛油果花，能夠將軟腍腍嘅牛油果切到咁薄仲要排得咁密咁整齊真係覺得好犀利初時見到冇肉應該諗住會好寡，但其實淨係用牛油果做配料本身已經好好食，個味唔會比肉輸蝕，加上有埋隻水波蛋感覺更加滿足當然仲有打卡恩物蝶豆花茶，鮮藍色嘅花茶附送幾片檸檬乾，放落去就會自動變紫色，然後俾我整左個紫藍黃出嚟好靚xD
