真係超級好味道，麵包面層焗到卜卜脆，好似食緊薯片咁，入面軟軟韌韌好有質感，合桃焗得又脆口又香濃，提子又夠多，真係食過翻尋味。好似都係七、八蚊。

I was greatly impressed with their banana cake and the little mini scones they made. I guess what I like the most about their b-cake was the texture: crispy on the outside and soft at the core. Taste-wise, it was completely satisfying and the sweetness is mildly adjusted. GREAT production from Backenheim!... as for the little scones... man, they were even better!! fairly crispy yet the sweetness and tenderness from the raisins really have brought everything together. Great add-on with a nice cup

今日食左南瓜蛋糕, 蛋糕鬆軟, 唔係好甜, 正!

香港o既德國菜太貴啦！但又心思思掛住，於是就去左食Backenheim，貪佢夠抵又有cake食！我order左sausages plotter同燒豬仔脾意粉個set，另加栗子蛋糕、士多啤梨忌廉蛋糕，set lunch幾多野食幾抵食，d sausages都ok，當然比起人均$300 o既正宗德國餐廳會差少少啦；甜品第二次試啦，都係漏左少少，感覺上睇比食好。

買左呢個新方包, $14八片. 跟手同媽咪o係街市買左斤游水蝦烚熟剝殼, 再切左條青瓜, 用蛋黃醬撈勻夾o係兩塊soft & soft 方包裡面. 一口咬落去, 麵包超鬆軟, 蝦又鮮甜, 人間極品呀!

我地果日行過尖沙咀既Backenheim,甘啱我地都食完飯,見到件草莓餅甘吸引,就叫左兩件...一試之下,難以忘懷!!0的餅塊個texture是硬的...草莓吃得出是好貨色...再加上黃色的(吾知係0米叫custard)醬...好味非常...yummy!!以$20來講真係好抵!!我同個friend依家講返起,都話想再食多次啊!哈哈.Strawberry Forever都有呢隻草莓千層餅(sorry....i dun know its exect name....pls refer to the picture!!)--但它的件頭會細好多,價錢是一樣的!!唔知幾時有得再食呢?(諗起都流口水!)

我鍾意食佢o既肉桂卷, 肉桂味香得黎icing sugar唔會太多, 唔會過甜!

菠蘿千層酥，$6個，足料，抵，正！

i have tried the chicken sandwich tea set which is surprisingly good. around $30, no service charges (but still got waiters serving u). coffee, bread, side dishes, chicken all very delicious and fresh.

食完薄餅行過呢度，見芝士餅做緊特價，只係10蚊一件，在唔好執輸的心態底下買了一件，諗住一路行一路食。原來呢度的芝士餅並非一般食開有濃郁芝士的一種，而是近似普通蛋糕的，即類似伊藤家那一種。雖然都有芝士味，但好似食緊芝士雪芳蛋糕，感覺麻麻地。

BACKENHEIM﹐他們的所謂“餐廳”我不太欣賞﹐地方細﹐服務反應遲鈍(唔係態度差﹐只係遲鈍)食物水準平平無奇而且款式亦少。我主要係幫襯他們的麵包店! Backenheim 的麵包真係唔錯﹐款式多﹐有創意而且唔算係貴(雖然唔係平)﹐最經典係一粒粒的麻薯包仔﹐$10/5pcs, 相信係香港較早賣呢類包的鋪頭﹐賣下賣下﹐而家好多地方都有麻薯包賣﹐真係唔知邊個抄邊個la...總之Backenheim的麻薯包﹐已經差不多賣左2 年。下面的評分中的食物及抵食分數會偏高﹐主要係因為他們的麵包﹗

tried numerous times, standard drop, the price thus a bit high(in fact, it's of the same group of A1, but its route is a bit high)now, most bread not really good la, no matter texture or taste--------------------------------other ps: as mentioned quite a few times in this website, the italian "Giardino" at Miden Avenue in TST has sth changed, but some food is still quite ok with not expensive price, but coffee still cheap, still worth to try if no other special choice, it closes every sunday

忍唔住買個Chocolate Pyramid(一人前)~仲有佢地個Mango Mousse Cheese Tart(四至五人份)都掂~Tea Time Good Choice~
