I did go for lunch and dinner a couple times before, but the food quality keep dropping and its not stable. I love the Salad there, but now it tastes totally different and they couldn't provide me the source that I used to have before. The food presentation used to be special and great, but now they just dont act like a fine-dine restaurant. I did go for lunch and dinner a couple times before, but the food quality keep dropping and its not stable. I love the Salad there, but now it tastes totally different and they couldn't provide me the source that I used to have before.

The food presentation used to be special and great, but now they just dont act like a fine-dine restaurant. The food just come out on the plate without any design.

The staffs are friendly but not professional enough to be in a high-end restaurant like this. They are lack of knowledge on the food and wine they are serving. Most of them cant speak English, the only one can is the General Manager as he is a American, but he is always not there. I went there with my friend who can only speak English, no one can explain us the menu. And i need to translate everything back to my friend. The mananger back at the time we almost finished, then he walked by and talk but its already too late.

I noticed that they have a big changed on staffs a few months ago but not sure if the chef is the same or not.

I really dont recommend you to go as its already not the kaspia i used to dine.

總括來講, 呢餐真係好正, d 野食又好味, 環境又一流, 係就係貴左少少, 不過又唔係成日去呀, 下次再儲多 d 錢, 豪食過呀!!

I know this place's been open for quite some time now but have only just tried it for the first time yesterday since one of the colleague mentioned it's really quite good for the value. Set lunch is $290 (4 course), make sure you have an empty stomach going in or you won't be able to reach dessert. And the caviar is just full of flavour, they have it on the side so i actually ate a bit of caviar on its own first, which i thought was really fresh and not salty at all. for the main course i had the mushroom risotto, which tasted good and was cooked just right. i was already full after the main course but the blood orange sorbet was really hard to resist. it was not too sweet and the icy fruity flavour is just perfect for this sunny weather.
Overall service is good, would recommend anybody for lunch there!

Crayfish Risotto 不是我喜歡的口味,因為一上檯已經聞到撲鼻的 Truffle 味,但我曾經因某食肆的 Truffle 食品而留下陰影,從此對 Truffle 有種莫名的抗拒感。但只得一個主菜,又怎可能不吃呢? ......吃起來仍是吃到 Truffle 味,但只停留表面,Risotto 內裡是淡淡的,完全不入味。奇怪。

其他都平平無奇,不作介紹了。

除了 Onion soup 之外,完全沒什麼吸引我再光顧了。

剛好完成一個漫長的project,很想食得好些, 見到這食評, 於是一試, 其實於中環食lunch,都不算貴, 跟同事一行4人, 我們都叫了SET LUNCH, Set Lunch裡, 每道菜都有選擇, 我們每人點了不同款式, 可互相交換口味每枱有一籃暖烘烘麵包, 不同款式, 有酸瓜(少少酸, 不是太酸, OL最鍾意食, 好好味)頭盤: 煙三文魚, 三文魚籽配法式pan cake. 黑豚豬ham配粗蕎麥麵: 幾片黑豚豬ham已經好夠味,蕎麥麵的麥味相對比較淡,這樣配撘很好, 據侍應說, 是一級黑豚豬!!!

三文魚子配焗薯: 焗薯真的好好味呀!! 不是一般的焗薯,有充滿味道的薯味,相信厨師下了些功夫才焗...

甜品: Blood Orange & Raspberry Sorbet
很清爽,橙味的home made sorbet, raspberry很新鮮

香蕉拖肥餅
我一向不喜歡食拖肥太甜, 但這個拖肥只用來輕輕點綴, 配合香蕉,甜味已經足夠

環境令我們食得很開心,很casual, 我們4人都食得很滿足,午餐已經這樣好味, 下次一定要試下魚子醬晚餐!!!

環境方面都好好, 最like ge 除左係個個卡位外, 一定係個個reception 的仿冰 wall, 真係好靚, 留意左佢門口的天花 & 招牌位, 全部好新, 冇一個位褪色. 另外ge 係我好like 佢地的logos, 條鱘魚好cute~
成個dining experience 都好好, 非常滿意. 可見餐廳除左魚子醬外, 其他野食都好有水準.
ps: 見到有食客食魚子醬, serve得好professional.
我都會儲定d $$ 去試下, 加油to myself~~

If Cafe Landmark is a place for the guests "to see and be seen", Caviar Kaspia would only leave you with the impression that you are "being seen" with minimum privacy throughout the whole meal there.I always like to try out new place before I decide if I would bring my clients to there. I always like to try out new place before I decide if I would bring my clients to there. This luxury restaurant turned out to be a complete disaster:

1. Environment
It is located in the middle of an open area on 2/F of Landmark Mall, with the lifts to Edinburg Tower on one side and the order side is the escalator going up and down to next floors. The glass for separating the restaurant and the open area are only up to the height of 1 feet above the dining table, so when you are eating, you feel people are walking around you.

2. Table cloth
They have a nice table cloth on the table, but the embroidery is wore out with the threads are coming out - remember the restaurant only opened in Nov 2008.

3. Price
We ordered set lunch which charge $380 per head. A bottle of still water cost $50. Since coffee and tea are not included in the set lunch, we had to pay $30 for ice lemon tea and $40 for a double expresso.

4. Service
The waiter spoke so softly that I barely could hear what he said. That day, I ordered a pork with spagetti main course while my friend ordered a spicy fish with spagetti main course. But since we were chatting, the waiter just put down two main courses without asking which one belong to whom. When I started eating, I found that it was very spicy, it turned out that the waiter mixed the orders and put the wrong dishes in front of us! While the manager helped to switch mine back to the pork one, but I was so disappointed with the service as the set lunch was way to pricey!

The restaurant is only 15% filled during lunch time on that day. Overall, not sure how this restaurant would last for long under the financial tsunami given its overpriced food and lousy service...

We decided to eat there based on a review in a magazine that was spotlighting the great places of french cuisine and it is the first caviar restaurant in hong kong.
The menu isn’t all about sturgeon by-products, various selections of dishes can be chosen from. A recommended starter will be the baked potato with caviar, one of the most popular dishes. The price range is huge, depending on the choice of roe. I dined on Pan Fried Foie Gras with Roasted Wagyu Beef and Avocado Salad, which was fantastic. The lobster soup is think and creamy. The Blood Orange Sorbet is rare and awesome, definitely the best sorbet I have ever had.
Make sure you leave some space for desserts or you are bound to regret it. Babas - little cupcakes soaked in vodka with raspberry.
At their retail boutique, you can buy something impressive like rare buttery Danish smoked white salmon, the babas or even the lobster soup home.
Everything is first rate, from the wine list to the food preparation and presentation.

If you're into trying new things, be sure to dine in Kaspia. You won't be disappointed. No matter if you went for breakfast or dinner, it was outstanding. 好香..d菌特別唔同既..總之好味

到dessert..係pudding..外觀味道亦要一讚..

下次再去grand過~哈哈哈
