兩老係鍋心fans,今晚補祝父親節,嚟食鍋心八鮮蒸鍋。蟲草花燉湯足料清甜,勁好飲。海鮮揀咗龍蝦、鮑魚、多寶魚、蟶子、海蝦、白蜆,全部都幾新鮮。龍蝦同海蝦仲有膏😛每款海鮮可選唔同蒸法:清蒸、金銀蒜、果皮蒸、豆醬蒸等,口味多元。兩老鐘意清淡啲,所以大部分揀咗清蒸。店員會幫忙控制火候與計時,避免蒸過龍👍🏻 服務態度唔錯又爽手,仲唔收加一。八寶蒸飯可自選配料,份量十足,一人分到兩碗以上。最後仲有糖水作結,清潤解膩。

呢間餐廳嘅海鮮都幾多花款,我哋6個人叫咗個「八鮮蒸鍋」,有龍蝦同蟹肉,睇落好豐富!其他海鮮仲有鮑魚、蒸魚同蝦等等。有酸梅湯、青島啤酒、竹蔗水同烏龍茶,配蒸鍋幾夾,尤其酸梅湯解膩一流! 整體性價比OK。侍應會幫手睇火候,唔使驚蒸過龍。 呢間蒸鍋幾適合鍾意食海鮮嘅朋友,材料新鮮,份量夠,下次再嚟會試多啲海鮮款!

The popularity is really strong. When we arrived, the restaurant was full. Fortunately, we had an early reservation and were seated without waiting.Steamed crayfish with garlic vermicelli. Crayfish is one of my favorite seafoods due to its fresh meat and crisp texture. This dish has two crayfish, their size is not comparable to that of king crayfish, but it is acceptable. The crayfish flesh is quite fresh and delicious, and the aroma of vermicelli and garlic matches the freshness of the crayfish.
