Came for dinner after happy hour on a Friday night. It was my first time to Ruth’s steak house and I was looking forward to it. There were 3 of us left over from drinking and we were starving.For the starters we ordered the crab cakes and jumbo scallops. The crab cakes were delicious with lots of crab meat and were not watery. The jumbo scallops were juicy and tender. Both were served on sizzling hot plates. For the mains we decided to go for good quality meat and ordered the 40oz USDA Tomahawk Bone in Ribeye steak. The meat was cooked to medium as we requested and had a deep beef flavour and the meat was tender and juicy. It was definitely worth paying extra for better quality meat! It was the star of the night and one of the best meat experiences I’ve ever had. To accompany the steak we ordered sides of mashed potatoes, broccoli au gratin and pan roasted wild mushrooms. The mash potatoes deserve a special mention for being creamy and smooth. The service was great and the restaurant seating was spacious.

每年結婚周年都會去呢度慶祝,鍾意呢度的牛扒煮得剛剛好,牛扒質素唔錯,熱碟送上,所以可以保持溫度。以前冇set dinner,而家有套餐,有前菜,主菜,配菜、甜品,咖啡或茶,仲可以加錢配紅白酒或者汽酒,比起散叫更加化算,但係質素一樣咁好,侍應service都好好呢! 結婚周年慶祝餐廳送上小蛋糕。環境方面都坐得舒適,今晚有唔少外國客人,身形大啲嘅就會覺得有啲迫😅 值得一提佢哋而家OpenRice訂座散叫嘅可以有九折,但套餐不包括在內,客人要留意。

位於尖沙咀既茹絲葵牛排餐廳 , 係一間食物水準十分高的高級扒房 , 喺係香港開左至少20年, 已經歷史悠久!每次一諗到想食牛扒 , 首選必會去茹絲葵牛排餐廳到食一入餐廳已經被環境吸引,高級奢華經典美國牛扒館既感覺,有格調夠浪漫 , 啡紅色為主色調,每張枱上都有蠟燭,很適合情侶燭光晚餐~餐包配牛油餐包軟硬度適中,牛油好香配餐包好好食,第一次食咁高質既餐包龍蝦忌廉湯濃郁既湯包含了好多鮮甜的龍蝦肉 , 龍蝦肉並唔係一絲絲 , 所以亦有彈牙口感 薯條剛從油鍋出爐的薯條很香脆,可以搭配番茄醬一起吃。蘆筍新鮮蘆筍,搭配自家特調的荷蘭醬,也是必點配菜之一。煎蝦味道香濃可口Porterhouse T-Bone兩人份T-bone份量十足,生熟度控制得好好,牛扒肉汁濃郁,真心推介兩位用的上等腰肉牛排大概有40安士菲力牛扒非常軟嫩多汁, 入口即化但另一邊的西冷肉味香濃 , 口感較韌另外每人配有一隻260度上面溶左牛油既空碟,侍應上菜時貼心地提醒盤子非常燙手要小心好處是牛扒在吃到最後一口時也保持到一致的溫度 , 碟上加上牛油真係世界級,佢將牛扒昇華左另一個層次,超級香既牛油味!

We went here to celebrate Father’s Day today. Service was bad, they kept reminding me that we have to return table in 2 hours (at least 3 times since we sat down). When I booked the table, I mentioned I will bring a toddler and need a high chair. When we arrived, the waitress looked at my son and said he’s too big for their high chair. My son felt really uneasy as multiple staff came to tell him he’s too big for high chair. In the end they brought an Ikea high chair and my son fit perfectly in it. He’s 2 years old. Food was ok but service was horrible. Never again! Absolutely unpleasant experience!

隔左幾個月先得閒寫食評🤣情人節去左呢間開左好耐嘅扒房,裝修上係經典美式扒房,有種回到8/90年代嘅氣氛,啱哂約會😏。1. 餐包普普通通,得牛油比你,牛油冇特別調味🤔。不過都好貼心,有用餐巾包住😗。2. 蟹餅係我食過咁多間扒房最好食,佢個蟹味非常濃郁,夠熱夠脆,裏面嘅蟹肉非常細嫩,份量我覺得比其他扒房更加大,非常推介!😛👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻3. 我哋點咗Rib-eye(5成)同sirloin (3成)😼。兩者牛味非常濃郁,平時食開rib eye都會覺得比較細嫩,但呢次sirloin 反而嫩滑過rib eye🤔,雖然有可能關熟度事,但我覺得明顯肉質優勝過rib eye,而且油脂上居然都更肥美,因此我會推介食sirloin♥️。調味上兩者黑椒同鹽嘅比例適中,記得問侍應拎mustard~ 食到後面可以解一解膩總結:性價比偏高,唔會玩花俏野,適合想品嚐牛扒原味嘅人😋
