two days before my birthday my parents treated me to this brunch buffet....still as nice as usual!!! it was worth it even though there werent MANY dishes to choose from but we could FEEL the fineness of the ingredients.....i especially love its egg benedict while my parents treated themselves to foie gras. its dessert is nice as well. its waffle is excellent!!!! too bad that i was too full and could not let myself have the second piece. anyways, dont be scared by the seemingly high price to this

anyways, dont be scared by the seemingly high price to this buffet (~$780@, not sure if its $580@ if you give up champagne.). if you want something nice and worth the price, visit tiffin's.

已經去過好多次, 一次比一次差就不在話下, 今次係差到不能接受, 決定如實報導.先講可供選擇既款式, 真係少到冇朋友, 西餅得五款, 一窩燉蛋, 蛋撻, 蘋果卷, 窩夫, 五款生果, 十款小杯甜品, 雪糕雪巴各一款, 最後係麵包加幾款芝士. 款式之少真係大開眼界.再講味道, 西餅燉蛋還可以, 蛋撻個皮太軟, 蘋果卷冇特別, 生果竟然冇一款係上等貨, 完全唔甜, 十款小杯甜品買相一流,但味道平平. 如果唔係收我二百蚊一位, 如果唔係Grand Hyatt, 我冇野講, 但作為一間香港數一數二既酒店, 水準可以差到如此地步, 真係令人大開眼界, 一試難忘

哈.男友一早就bk左呢度既dessert buffet食~仲好叻咁reserve左window seat~~ 果然近得我多 一開始去到仲係好surprise~因為真係完全食咩冇諗過係食甜品buffet.因為男人都唔鍾意食呢d野既不過因為係因為我錐意食所以帶我去.哈哈心意先係最重要~Grand Hyatt 既環境當然好好~2個人好舒服既sit係4人sofa seat~仲有鋼琴伴食.relax又高興~不過食物真係幾失色...係average都唔到...我未食過酒店buffet既水果係酸既...仲要得幾樣.西瓜.哈蜜瓜同strawberrry都冇..只得橙.蜜瓜.kiwi.火龍果....竟然係火龍果酸既...ice cream都失望...係最common果幾種choco.vanilla.strawberry同mango.不過男友話味道ok既其他就係普通既mousse.pancake.cake等等.真係冇特別最surprise係有cheese食.仲有4-5款算係最值回票價不過真心.兩個人43x賣單冇任何特別野食.食物又唔係好食.選擇又少既情況下我都真係唔 recommend大家去cova.e

不過食物真係幾失色...
係average都唔到...

我未食過酒店buffet既水果係酸既...
仲要得幾樣.西瓜.哈蜜瓜同strawberrry都冇..
只得橙.蜜瓜.kiwi.火龍果....竟然係火龍果酸既...

ice cream都失望...係最common果幾種
choco.vanilla.strawberry同mango.不過男友話味道ok既
其他就係普通既mousse.pancake.cake等等.真係冇特別

最surprise係有cheese食.仲有4-5款
算係最值回票價

不過真心.兩個人43x賣單
冇任何特別野食.食物又唔係好食.選擇又少既情況下
我都真係唔 recommend大家去
cova.even mega box 果d甜品buffet都平過加上好食過去

大家當俾左$ 去enjoy 環境好啦
不過男友既心思胖胖侶都係理解的

-呢個幾好因個雞肉唔"鞋"

-還是喜歡慣常嘅cream餡profiteroles

-喜歡呢2款奶凍喺因為前者配以車厘子比較特別,後者酸酸哋

4) plain scone + clotted cream + strawberry jam
-佢會有3款scone比你揀(原味,有提子乾同朱古力)
-我當然揀咗原品啦............最緊要喺要攞埋個cream同jam
-雖然我無食過文華嘅出名配名貴玫瑰花jam,但呢個我都覺得好掂
-因個scone喺小暖熱,"meet"開時好鬆,塗上cream同jam,1口1啖咁食,少少可惜喺少牛油香味,如果濃d就最好喇

- 以嚟個價$$$$,都無嘜特別signature嘅甜品(eg 綠茶紅豆卷, tiramisu..........等),蛋糕嘅款式唔多,亦無咩貴價小食。我1貫嘅習慣,唔多點食鹹點,都唔覺友人comment有咩特別出色呢

2008/11/17 第一次吃這裡的甜品自助餐,比相像中有點失望,食評中介紹的好味款式全部落空(如忌廉湯、楊枝金露、豆腐花...)環境就一流,落地玻璃窗可俯瞰中環夜景,果然是五星級的酒店,waiter服務一流,整晚仲有鋼琴演奏。食物方面,2個字形容,"甜" 和 "少"唯一的咸點有4款芝士,可配餅乾和乾果。熱既甜品有3款,分別是梳乎利、waffle、肉桂燈酒味pancake,全是熱騰騰即製的,好味~~~雪糕有4款,咖啡、朱古力、紅桑梅、林酒提子(good~ 很香濃的酒味,在外面的雪糕店後難吃到),雪糕可配6款醬汁吃(朱古力,villa蛋糕不外如是,6款蛋糕(不明白為何全晚都沒有新款式出爐,令人有點悶呢),只有tiramisu好吃一點,香蕉蛋糕質素和奇華那些差不多,其他的更加強差人意。Cup cakes,有8款左右,不過除了焦糖布丁,其他都是用cheese+jelly做的,樣子漂亮,不太好吃Chocolate,有2個waitress推車來推介,但看樣子咁甜,所以沒有試Fruit,很新鮮,有orange、blueberry、木瓜、蜜瓜、燈.....最欣賞是波蘿(未吃過咁甜的新鮮波蘿),很好

日期:2008年10月30日公司去食自助餐,第一次見識到哩度,款式唔太多,加上有d野我唔岩食,所以都有些少失望.每位$285就貴左d,或者唔係我杯茶喇,在此多謝老闆,臨走見到曾俊華司長.羊,牛,鵝肝,bacon,ham,青口,我通通都唔食既野,又唔見有豬或雞食,又無咩沙律可以揀,好多新鮮既菜食...我食左兩條雞肉腸,1/4魚批,兩件煙三文魚,兩舊椰菜花,半隻蛋,吞拿魚三文治,一舊石斑塊,一舊魷魚圈,幾條忌廉長通粉,2件西瓜,2件菠蘿,1杯咖啡果仁mousse,碎朱古力muffin,熱檸茶.

早前聽說過這個甜品buffet不錯, 便跟友人來試試。因是即日book, 沒有window位置, 但坐在彈琴的伯伯身邊亦很不錯。甜品種類很多, 基本上未試完已經飽了。火麻仁及杞子雪糕相當特別,中西的甜品都有, 有點目不暇給。味道, 景及氣氛都一流。

和男友去了Grand Hyatt 食 lunch buffet, 出乎意料之外,竟然收得$288 + 10% (Mon to Fri) 一位,但係竟然無魚生食!!!不特止,連凍海鮮都無,cocktail shrimp, 青口等乜都無。不過總括來說,Grand Hyatt d 食品質素係唔錯,好似salad bar, d菜好新鮮,會有好多配料,例如 olives, artichokes, 等。頭盤有parma ham with melon, 同一d意大利的燒牛肉。都好美味,但係比較西式。熱盤有羊扒,煎盧魚,咖哩羊肉,燒牛柳,grilled sausages等等。全都唔錯,不過都係太多肉類,海鮮較少。甜品和生果都唔錯,有原粒的琵琶果同西梅,有Grand Hyatt 自家製的雪糕同 sorbert. 各式的蛋糕,同它出名的waffles. 值得一讚的係個 seafood chowder soup, 好香濃,好好味道!

Since I'm a dessert lover, I came here 3 times already during these 2 wks.They've just stopped their ice-cream theme, so now it is back to normal.savory food:salmon and ham roll, cheese platter, brie cheese in bread (still the best), soup, baked custard...sweets:chinese desserts remained the same..tofu fa, sesame dumplings, mango and sago soup.ice cream...flavors are chocolate and praline, mango yogurt, pear sorbet, blueberry and cookie ice cream, cookies and cream...etccakes....baked blueberry

chinese desserts remained the same..tofu fa, sesame dumplings, mango and sago soup.

ice cream...flavors are chocolate and praline, mango yogurt, pear sorbet, blueberry and cookie ice cream, cookies and cream...etc

cakes....baked blueberry cheesecake (too hard...not much blueberry taste), apple tart (really nice but a bit sweet), fig tart (way too sweet), chestnut mousse (quite refreshing), lychee and chocolate praline cake (too sweet), mud pie tart (again too sweet), classic chocolate mousse (nothing special)

they have tiramisu back, but it was one big dissapointment. There was way too much wine and cream inside, the whole thing was just soggy. When I scooped it and put it on the plate, it became a blob of whipped cream. disappointing...

they changed the butter and bread pudding to white chocolate pudding.....I prefer bread pudding. (white chocolate pudding was too sweet and quite oily)

there were also different flavored of sliced cake. Pistachio, chocolate, mango, caramel..but I was just too sweet and lack of flavor. I didn't like it

The same old cup cakes....and different tiny cups of jelly and mousse.

Overall......no surprises...i guess i've been here too often.....but i know i'll still go hehe...

一直都很喜歡吃自助餐,所以份外留意自助餐的「十大好評的總分排名」。由於Tiffin Lounge主供甜點,自己又對甜點只是一般,儘使Tiffin名列十大之內,但仍沒打動到我對Tiffin的芳心。上周末,一幹人等提議到酒店吃brunch,君悅酒店的Tiffin便順利成將地成為她們的首選目標,我總不能因為一己私利而提出反對吧!陽光透過落地玻璃照射進Lounge內,令人既有冷氣的涼快感覺,也同樣可享受大自然陽光的溫暖,容易令人心情放鬆。餐室大梳化的擺設形造出休閒舒適的氣氛,這麼多年來此等氣氛也沒有重大改變。偶然望望無敵維港景色,在這等地方花上整個周日下午閒聯,真令人有身心暢快之感。由於知道將會到Tiffin吃下午餐,因此當日盡量減少吃午餐的份量,以便讓自己可在下午餐時段「越戰越勇」。下午三時四十五分準時到達,繞場一周後,明顯得出一個結論:就是甜品精緻高雅但可惜選擇比較少,而且甜點遠遠多於鹹點,絕對是名乎其實的「甜品buffet」。我的記憶難已完全盡錄所有的食物類別,但比較普遍的甜品如朱古力鬆餅、朱古力忌廉蛋糕、各款原粒朱古力、法式小圓餅、格仔餅、芒果慕思、藍莓芝士蛋糕、香蕉班戟或下午茶餐常見

一直都很喜歡吃自助餐,所以份外留意自助餐的「十大好評的總分排名」。由於Tiffin Lounge主供甜點,自己又對甜點只是一般,儘使Tiffin名列十大之內,但仍沒打動到我對Tiffin的芳心。
上周末,一幹人等提議到酒店吃brunch,君悅酒店的Tiffin便順利成將地成為她們的首選目標,我總不能因為一己私利而提出反對吧!
陽光透過落地玻璃照射進Lounge內,令人既有冷氣的涼快感覺,也同樣可享受大自然陽光的溫暖,容易令人心情放鬆。餐室大梳化的擺設形造出休閒舒適的氣氛,這麼多年來此等氣氛也沒有重大改變。偶然望望無敵維港景色,在這等地方花上整個周日下午閒聯,真令人有身心暢快之感。
由於知道將會到Tiffin吃下午餐,因此當日盡量減少吃午餐的份量,以便讓自己可在下午餐時段「越戰越勇」。下午三時四十五分準時到達,繞場一周後,明顯得出一個結論:就是甜品精緻高雅但可惜選擇比較少,而且甜點遠遠多於鹹點,絕對是名乎其實的「甜品buffet」。
我的記憶難已完全盡錄所有的食物類別,但比較普遍的甜品如朱古力鬆餅、朱古力忌廉蛋糕、各款原粒朱古力、法式小圓餅、格仔餅、芒果慕思、藍莓芝士蛋糕、香蕉班戟或下午茶餐常見的如各款三文治、沙律菜、鼓油雞翼和抄麵都是一應俱全。但有些食物的味道倒是不錯,賣相也討好,所以想特此一提的。
桂花杞子雪糕:桂花味帶出雪糕的清香,也能吃到原粒杞子,大概只有在Tiffin才能做出各類自家製雪糕吧! 從前記得某雜誌也介紹過Tiffin的Max and Match Homemade雪糕,果真夠創意
椰子雪葩:Homemade的椰子雪葩,椰味不太濃
蜜桃香檳雪葩:Homemade的蜜桃香檳味雪葩,甜甜酸酸,頗醒胃
雞肉漢堡飽:當用刀叉輕敲雞肉表面巳有不祥之兆,誰之吃過後發現雞肉無甚雞味
煙三文魚黑芝麻麥飽:全場最棒的這道小吃,三文魚煙薰味濃,像箸"smoked salmon pate"的質感;上面放上十多條芽菜,配上一少片黑芝麻麥飽同吃,好吃又健康

魚子醬蒸蛋:全場最貴氣的小吃,魚子醬沒坊間的過鹹;蒸蛋亦不會蒸得過老
芝士焗麵包:芝士味道濃烈,配上一少片淡味的長形的法式麵飽,一淡一濃的味道配搭得宜
Tiramisu:這是一道很受食客歡迎的甜品,幸好最後一件也給我拿到。記憶中這個餅最後一件被我拿走後,便沒有再供應了
咸火腿茄乾包:茄乾有點棘辣,再配上柏爾馬火腿及沙拉菜同吃,豐富了各食客的口感,更成為全場最好吃的麵包之冠

朗姆酒雞蛋麵飽布甸:聽聞這個法式麵飽布甸很難弄得好吃,蛋味濃郁;蒸蛋沒有蒸得過老;提子乾亦沒有焗得過乾;喜歡面層所焗出來的那微脆的口感

炸海鮮卷:米紙包著海鮮炸成卷,不太嚐到海鮮的鮮味
芒果慕思杯:酸甜的芒果慕思配上綠茶及手指餅於面層,吃至底層原來是稀杰濃度適中的藍莓醬,此個慕思杯有綠色、橙色及紫色,甚富色彩
各款水果:西瓜味淡;甜味欠俸,很少在五星級酒店吃到如此質素差劣的西瓜。採購部是否需要再度監控生果供應商的品質呢!
開心果蛋糕:我一向愛吃開心果,慕士混入開心果聽來好像很好吃,但實際是味道有點兒怪
自製肉腸:只吃原條肉腸會略嫌過鹹,但當與麵包夾著同吃,又不這樣鹹
小籠包:體積過於細少,略嫌湯汁少並且不夠熱
由下午三時四十五分吃至六時,很少由開始時段吃至brunch完結,記憶中這是第二次,可能與舒適的環境氣氛不無關係。

I have been to this place for many many times... and i kept giving it chances... still... nothing has improved...ok... i understand is dessert buffet... but only one savory dish? but this time they have soup too... the dessert... oh my god... either nothing special... or taste really crap...anyway... i think this is the last time i will go again!!!no more chance...

Ice-cream cakes were alright. I liked the hazelnut chocolate swiss roll. Sweet but not so heavy. Others were too soft and creamy like heavy whipped cream instead of ice cream.
5 different flavored ice cream provided. However, they weren't anything special. I thought they used to have much better ice cream flavors. Bit disappointing.
There were also ice cream spagetti and ice cream sandwich. Didn't take any of those.
Choice of blueberry or passionfruit souffle. Too sweet. Used to be very light, now it was just too sugary.
The ALL-TIME-BEST is their fresh-made waffles. Soft inside and crispy on the outside. Trust me, add nothing but peanut butter ontop. Their peanut butter is so smooth and rich. The combination really makes you feel like in heaven. MUST MUST HAVE.
There were mini macaroons but I didn't take any. Surprisingly, there was a coconut cookie that was really delicious.
Chinese desserts were mango and sago soup, tofu fa, and water chestnut sweet soup. I loved the tofu fa, so soft.
Cakes- strawberry mille feuille (no good), raspberry and rubharb tart (good), blueberry pie (nah...), green tea and red bean cake (no good), mango mousse on almond cake (too sweet), tea flavored chocolate mousse cake (tooooo sweet), japanese lemon sponge tart (too sweet again), and strawberry cream cake (quite good). In conclusion, cakes weren't so great.
Bread pudding was also provided. Also used to be better, tonight's weren't fresh. A bit hard, and wasn't hot enough.
Little cups were also not so good. They provide different cups each time they change themes, but I never really enjoyed them. I thought they were always just a cup of cream. All tasted too similar to me.
I didn't eat any fruits or sticks from the chocolate fondue.
See......I really do eat a LOT !!. It's real scary. But in conclusion, it's either my taste have changed, or they've really been doing not as good as they used to be.
p.s. Too many people, a bit crowded which lost the quiet atmosphere they used to have which was also one reason why I like tiffin so much before.
My favourites were gone, tiramisu, cherry baked cheese, and new york cheesecake....all gone.....*sniff

是日有五款雪糕, 其中三款應該是酒店自創的, 所以味道獨特,

桂花杞子雪糕, 桂花味很重卻與酸酸的杞子配合得很.

火麻仁雪糕吃起來味道很像芝麻, 但比芝麻更香濃,

不知道吃了以後腸胃是否會更暢通呢?

開心果雪糕, 有果仁香, 但不太濃烈

最後拿了平時自助餐一定不會拿的食物~~~~豆腐花

看起來滑溜溜的, 嚐嚐吧.一口吞下, 哇~~~~不得了, 簡直就是燉蛋嘛~~~~

哪來那麼軟滑的豆腐花, 驚為天人喲~~~

真的很飽了, 只吃了一口!下次有機會再嚐吧~~~
